Our server was very friendly & helpful, timed the service between apps and entrees perfectly. Love that a carafe of water is left on the table so there are no water refill interruptions. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Party of three. 2 currys, one shrimp and one lamb and 1 rice dish with chicken. All three diners loved their entrees! Service was outstanding. A local gem!

Wonderful experience

The food was quite good, with fresh ingredients and good flavor. I asked for a dish to be mild, but it was more spicy than expected. The waiter was indifferent, and planned to bring my soup just after delivery of the main course, though I had asked for it to be brought first. I canceled the soup, but then the first bill still included it. With proper training of the waiter, all would have been quite good.

The food is amazing. The menu is vast. The owner is delightful and the service is impeccable.

This is my husband's favorite restaurant at the moment. He loves the flavor of the sauces. The staff is very attentive to their patrons.

The menu was so varied. Mild to spicy to very spicy. the Naan bread was incredible. The service could have been better but was acceptable. Overall, the food is most important and I will return for that.

It was our first time to this establishment and we did enjoy the food. Our server made a mistake with the order but he did apologize twice. The owners removed him, which I think was a bit much, it's human to make mistakes. Bottom line, my guest and I will be back in the future and we hope to see that same server again, he was the best.

We ordered appetizers, which came rather quickly. Our main course arrived before we had finished the appetizers. Once our food was delivered to the table it was extremely difficult to get our server for some additional flatware (spoons). After we got the spoons and ate our main course we needed some containers for our leftovers. Again it was difficult to get our server’s attention. We asked for containers and the check at the same time and that again took awhile. We liked the food and the new location, but the service was lacking. I hope they can get it worked out.

Love the new locale (in the old Carrabba's) They did a great job with the interior; very clean and comfortable. Service attentive. Food is outstanding - best Indian cuisine in S. Jersey, hand's down. The tandoori is the best we've ever had. This visit the five of us shared double orders of gobhi manchurian (a favorite) and chicken seekh kebab, then for entrees: tandoori chicken and shrimp, chicken makhani, lamb saag, and lentils - all fantastic! The naan was a favorite (and we got more to-go) Can't wait to try other dishes - will be back!!

We love the new space! I took my family for the first as they have not been. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to many visits in the future. I tried the Chicken Tikka Masala, it was awesome. We also had the Palak Channa, Chicken Tikka, and the vegetable snack platter, which were all delicious.

This restaurant did not participate with restaurant week. Had no pre fix menu. You need to remove them from
List so others not subject to making a reservation for restaurant week then arriving only to find out they have no clue what that is!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. One of my favorite spots in south jersey.

We have been going to Nizam’s since their first location. It is always phenomenal. We love our dishes that we typically get and then you get something new and BAM..you are blown away by how good the new dish is. Last night it was the lamb shank, chicken 65 and a special curry. So delicious, full of flavor and authentic.

The best Indian food we have eaten since staying at the Oberoi in Ranthanbore. The chef is highly skilled and may be the best Indian chef in the US. A simple warning though. This restaurant is just a shopping center location and is BYOB. If you need beer or wine to cool the spicy food, bring it. The locals know, and most tables sported one or two bottles or six-packs.

Menu said mixed grill was chicken but shrimp was on plate and wife has shellfish allergy. Could have been a big problem

Went on a Sunday for an a la carte dinner. Had option of a menu or a buffet. We checked the items on the buffet and made that selection. The variety was good and the food was excellent. Will positively repeat.

This was my first visit to Nizam's restaurant but not my last. The food was very good!

The service is so completely disorganized it was almost comival( check arrived after first course, courses asked to be brought together were exchanged for courses later in the meal)

One member of our group was from Pakistan and was very surprised and impressed with the quality of the food. You don't usually find authentic ethnic food in little towns.
They advertise as having Indian, Pakistan and Afghan food, however she said it was more Indian. That being said, we were all very pleased with the dishes we chose.
They accommodate the spice level that you want and overall go out of their way to satisfy your requests.
We all would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting something other than Italian food ( which there's more than enough of in South Jersey)
