The Ocean House Restaurant - Cape Cod

Since it was my third time dining at The Ocean House in a week, I would say it was pretty declines and extra special. So sad The Ocean House closed a week and a half early. Fortunately, the will be back the end of March. Love the restaurant!!!

This place is amazing we had to make it back one more time before they closed for the season!

It was awesome. Tom was great. food was spectacular. there was an annoying woman on the phone but other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic Meal!!! Portions were larger than expected and absolutely delicious! Our server was sensational super friendly and helpful when making suggestions...Every thing that we ate was beautifully prepared!! Definitely will be back!!

Amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere one of our favorite places to go!

Our waiter was absolutely fabulous, he made great menu recommendation's, crab cakes are a must try. We also had the beet and burrata salad, Chilean Sea Bass and Lamb Chops, truly delicious at a great price point. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis!

We love the Ocean House, our favorite restaurant on cape! Great food and service, as well as feeling safe during COVID.

Festive holiday dinner with friends. Great drinks, food & dessert. The server was friendly, informed and attentive. Incredible view & location. Would definitely return & highly recommend!

Two year anniversary

We went to dinner at the Ocean House for an annual treat to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and this one was 61 years!! The Ocean House is extremely popular year around so we advise making reservations as early as possible. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant, the food delicious, including a festive dessert.....all to say we had a wonderful time!

My Birthday

Great food, service. Fish wasn’t cooked right first time, manager came out, personally vouched for making it right. 2nd attempt was outstanding. Love this place.

As always, terrific all around! Great atmosphere, great service, amazing food! We were wondering if it would be as great as always, now that the head chef went to Chatham, and it was! Deliciousness all around! Menu is HUGE and varied and everything we had (which was A LOT) was perfect! Celebrated my husband's birthday and it was a fabulous choice!

Inventive and well prepared cuisine in a beautiful, clean, socially distanced space.

The location was breathtaking and the facility was tastefully decorated. The menu was ample enough to encompass a number of different cuisines. The cocktails were nicely presented and delicious. The dining room was setup per Covid guidelines which was good to see. We really enjoyed our experience there.

Outstanding service, ambiance, presentation, every bite an exceptional morsel....no wonder they are so successful. But don’t tell anyone because it will be hard to secure a reservation!

Celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary Sunday evening. The Ocean House was definitely the way to go. Everything was delicious, and the waiter Tom was very thorough. Returning soon before Christmas, and looking forward to it. The Ocean House is an exceptional restaurant.

Excellent restaurant, but it always has been excellent. This restaurant has been operating on the high end of the spectrum for quite some time. Our server Christian was an excellent salesman, selling the appetizer and entrees we had, along with my after dinner drink. Will return next time, I'm on the Cape.

Excellent service and the meal was even better. I had the lobster ravioli which was topped with a good amount of lobster meat.

Everyone was extremely friendly from the minute we pulled up to valet till we left. The food and service was impeccable. Highly recommend for any occasion.

The ocean house is by far the best restaurant in all of cape cod! The Freshest of food/ingredients prepared beautifully and generous portions.. the food and specialty cocktails, service staff and ocean setting cannot be beat.. JUST GO! The espresso martini was exceptional.. thank you OH for another wonderful dining experience ❤️ see you summer 2021!!

This was our first time eating here. The lamb chops appetizer was amazing. The lobster with dipping sauce was delicious and the filet was perfectly cooked. We can’t wait to come back . The service was excellent and the social distancing was being followed I felt very safe.

Food was excellent and the service was great.

This place has always performed but they outdid themselves for Thanks giving day meals. We did not have traditional Thanksgiving diner of Turkey and the fixings but my wife splurged into the Bento Box which was outstanding for this day.The oysters tempura were perfectly cooked and nicely presented . The Scallops with bacon were tender and tasty. Tuna Sashimi was plentiful for two people. Lobster stir fry with plenty of lobster chunks was worth the value .Salad had a very tasty cranberry vinaigrette
I ordered the Lobster Tagliatelle pasta which had scallops, Shrimps and plenty of lobster. The Base-black pepper sauce was light and not very heavy creamy which was delicious.
Our server Kristian was very attentive and knowledgable to help us with our dinner selection.
Though the place was busy we enjoyed our dining there. We have been there in the past and will continue to support the restaurant.
Will seriously consider it for special occasions and for holidays.
