The food and service was excellent. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. Our server was attentive and professional. A very nice meal and dining experience.

The cup and bowl sizes for soup were almost the same size. We're got the French onion soup and the stuffed pepper soups. The stuffed pepper soup was really good. The cheese on the French onion soup was a little burnt and may have been under the broiler too long. Three spinach and artichoke dip and the crab cake appetizers were each the size of an entree and were delicious! We got the creme brulee for dessert. The fruity flavor was fabulous but the torch was held on it a bit too long and the sugary crust was a little burnt. The waitress was extremely kind and attentive to us and each of her other tables. The ambiance was relaxing and beautiful. We'll definitely be back next time we visit the area!

Lovely lunch in the Falls Room overlooking the falls. The food was well prepared and served by friendly people. The diners were friendly as well which added to the experience.

The drinks were 20 mins late and not well done they were taken off however the manager had an attitude and they served liberty creek P noir at 9$ a glass and charged us full price for the other drinks

Absolutely ridiculous by the management and bartender

I would not return and will not recommend and will spread the word

We had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, the server (Kristen) was very attentive without hovering, and everything was delightful!

The Red Coach Inn has an impressive selection of meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. The portions are large so it may be good to as for a bag to go. We had Chicken Piccata and Swordfish which was wonderful. The service was great too.

From the cocktail to the dessert, everything was delicious!

Booth lights too bright and really showed the dust, food was slow and not very hot. Coconut Shrimp app was small with only 4 shrimps and soggy. Both pasta dishes were terrible. Waitress was trying but she was frazzled as they needed more staff for a busy night. Disappointed as we took friends there for dinner as we had been before and enjoyed it. This time was awful and unfortunately we will not return.

We brought my wife here for her birthday dinner and our waitress, Lindsey, was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Very nice wine list and some decent beers on tap. We were all drinking Scotch for cocktails and their selection was very good. This was our 1st time here even though we've lived in the area all our lives. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a great evening

We stopped for a light lunch on our way back from Niagara Falls, Canada. It’s across the water from the Canadian Falls. It’s a beautiful inn with fantastic service and a wonderful ambiance. The food and wine were also superb! We will be back!

The ambiance at The Red Coach is off the charts. We stopped in on a Sunday night and there were only 2 other tables of guests. We had the window room to ourselves for most of the evening. The smell of the big fireplace was amazing. The Christmas decor is charming. The cedar plank salmon is my favorite! My husband ordered the veal schnitzel and said it was out of this world. I highly recommend The Red Coach. 5 stars!!

The food and ambiance are great here. My only complaint with this reservation was they failed to look at the Open Table information to meet my special request of a fireplace setting even though they called and physically spoke to me three hours before my reservation. When we got there the hostess stated someone came in before us with the same request as a walk in. When I showed her the OT request she simply asked if we wanted to wait till they were finished. To me that is poor service and unacceptable.

The shrimp feta pasta was like nothing I'd had before, really very good. Great service, wonderful atmosphere. Only didn't care for the wings, otherwise a really great experience.

I may be one of Red Coach Inn's biggest fans, any opportunity I go there when I am around Niagara Falls. I love everything about it: menu is always good, the ambience is perfect, in summer the patio is nice. It all is good. On a recent lunch there I enjoyed a daily special as well as the classic French onion soup. I love bringing friends and family here for their first times. On a recent lunch outing there I enjoyed Marissa who is a great server and fun to talk to. I always say that Red Coach Inn is a gem: don't change a thing, you're doing it all so well.

We were in the area for my son’s cross country race. The food and service were excellent. I felt it was a little overpriced for the area. We live in NYC vicinity and it felt like we were eating at home, as far as the price. Being fair, both my kids are steak. Ribeye scallops dish was $50 which I feel was crazy and the quality of the meat was not like a steakhouse in the city. Either way we had a great time and the waitress was excellent. We would definitely go again!

The French Onion soup and the Reuben were excellent!

It was just OK. Was hoping to get reservations at another steakhouse that evening, but couldn’t, so decided to try Red Coach. My friend ordered a strip steak, snd when it came out, it looked like it was cut in half. A half of strip steak looked very weird on her plate. Myself and other friend had Chicken French, and it was overwhelmingly drenched in lemon. The ambiance was very nice, especially fireplace on a cold evening. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert & after dinner drink as Red Coach was just OK, but not really good enough to stay.

This the second time we have met with American cousins. Great halfway point to reconnect and not too far from Toronto.

If you like a cozy, historical atmosphere, the Red Coach Inn is for you! Our server, Lindsey, was wonderful! The French onion soup was the perfect way to start our meal. I chose the meatloaf (what can I say? I love it and never make it for myself anymore) and my husband ate every bit of his surf and turf. After we finished, we took advantage of the Inn’s fantastic location and crossed the street to walk down to see the falls. Breathtaking! Highly recommend!

I had the meatloaf entree and the portion was huge! The green beans were perfect, not overcooked and very flavourful. The waitress recommended the pumpkin cheesecake and she was right, delicious.

Great service food was delicious too

Nice experience, like an 8. I hate empty glasses and previous course dishes on the table. But service was pleasant and not rushed. Lunch Food was tasty and portions were nice size. Drink glasses are small so expect the need for many refills. I would go back in the future.

Food and service was terrible and price for 2 breakfasts for $37 was ridiculous.

The scallops were not cleaned properly
Much too much pasta and not enough spinach
It was also too cold in the room by the windows. Heat was not on.

The food was amazing..the drinks were great my husband had a cocktail with titos and i had a purple monkey and a upside down cake..our server shawn was anything past spectacular ..his service his recommendations .his attentiveness on point ..i had the grilled salmon with red bliss potatoes and green beans(yummy)..the salmon was not dry
.cooked to perfection..my husband buffalo wings and shrimp..i also had pot stickers (yummy) ..

My boyfriend and I went here for his Birthday dinner. Good portions, lovely ambiance, great waitress and host, nice and quiet and view of the falls park.

Red Carriage Inn has a nice ambiance with lovely views. Service was slow at first, however, once we received our beverages it seemed to move a little more smoothly. Our server was polite and apologetic for the delayed attention.
My only major complaint would be that although the food was delicious we were disappointed that the sides were room temperature.

The service was poor, we waited 20 mins just to be acknowledged by a waitress. I ordered a steak medium and my boyfriend ordered his medium well, my steak came out overcooked and his came out very under done. Atmosphere was nice.

Wonderful atmosphere, great food, and great service. Close to the falls and attractions. Definitely recommend.

The hostess was very rude on the phone and while seating. The food was good, but not as good as I would expect for the price. Our waitress was really nice, but the whole dinner felt rushed. I would not go back.
