Good lunch menu. Probably no need to make reservations -many open spots. Good location near the water but no view -warm crab/shrimp dip was good, warm chips. Waitress did a great job. Bathroom on the small side -only one of two for women was actually working. Interior dated

The food here is TERRIBLE!! I understand it wasn’t going to be our best meal considering where it’s located in the most tourist-y part of Savannah (and not in a good way) but oh my goodness - so, so, so awful. Bad seafood, just overpriced garbage! And we weren’t expecting much to be honest ... figured we would just have some fried seafood but it was just so awful. Not fresh at all and bad fast food quality! Our meal was $100 with a couple alcoholic drinks (we had to wait forever for these too and it was not busy). We will never be back there - too many absolutely amazing places to eat in Savannah!

Vacation trip.
Food was very good once we finally got served.
I believe there was one waitress who was so very nice to wait on all of the tables in the dining room but mainly cater to a table of about 10 people who were obnoxiously drunk loud screaming.
They clearly didn’t realize that there was anybody else in a restaurant.
Waited forever for any drink orders to come but like I said once the food finally arrived it was very good but we were very happy to leave.
I believe they just need more help and it is OK to ask people to tone it down when they are quite out of control.
If I had to do it over again I would have just left from the start.
Hoping the best for anyone who goes because the food was great in a situation like that may never happen again.

Really enjoyed the restaurant and food. Our out of town guests said they enjoyed it creates a seafood they have had in a long time

Our server was great and very attentive. I forgot her name but it has been during this pandemic and things are slow, but the food was seafood and over cooked.

This was our second time to dine here and we enjoyed both times. Seating was quick because we had a reservation. The staff was pleasant and the food was great. We would dine here again.

The food was absolutely amazing. It tasted great and was cooked to perfection. The staff was overly friendly and happy to chat with the patrons. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves shrimp. The drinks were awesome and pair well with the food.

The location was great, not far from the water. Our waitress Sydney was awesome, so very sweet and happy to make recommendations. The food was excellent and I have already recommended to others.

We celebrated getting engaged and it was such a pleasant experience! Our waitress was sweet and our food was delicious. Such a great experience and perfect way to end a very special weekend.

The peel and eat shrimp were rubbery. The main course I ordered the seafood platter...the oysters were slimy, the fish wasnt fresh..it was barely warm...like it was precooked and microwaved.. The chicken alfredo my wife had, tasted like it was from a can...barely warm., and extremely salty

We arrived at 6pm and did not get our food until 7pm. Our waitress let us hear her tell another staff person that she did NOT want to be there and wanted to go home. Her attitude was unpleasant and on the verge of of being rude. It was abundantly clear she didn’t want to work. The food tasted bland, almost premade frozen flounder and a hamburger. Very disappointed because we there to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. Won’t go back!

Waitress wonderful but everyone food had no flavor and taste like it was not season at all. When each couple it was 4 of us paid over $100 check for this meal very disappointing

It was OK, nothing special. A bit dirty and dingy, but the food was alright.

Fried shrimp was very good. Fried flounder was just ok, hushpuppies were very oily (cooked too fast or ever reheated in oil). Shrimp in cocktail was over cooked. Drinks were good. Service excellent. All in all was very good.

Horrible food, overpriced menu, horrible service, food was not hot, slow service, horrible dining experience!! Never again.

The food took forever to come and the free appetizer was not even worth asking for and when we asked for a beer it took forever and then our waitress forgot the second one and when I got my sides they were cold and my boyfriend’s steak was the worst steak he had ever had.

Took OVER 1:45 to get food. Service AWFUL!!! Food cold once we it finally arrived & steak OVERCOOKED. Manager comped (3) drinks & an appetizer. The whole experience was a disaster.

These people have never eaten a Low Country Boil! Theirs was awful & cold. Took forever to get the beer. Waiting for the appetizers. Finally one came but no plates, utensils or napkin (still missing a beer). Then the second appetizer - good hot boiled shrimp. Finally, the beer. IMMEDIATELY the entrees! REALLY? All that wait & all the food piled up at once! Again, the Low Country Boil should be taken off the menu! No soap or paper towels in either the ladies or men’s rooms. Sure glad everyone was wearing a mask! LOL. Do NOT eat here!

Our waitress was socially awkward. After we sat down and ordered the power went out, but came right back on. We had to wait for over an hour for the internet to apparently come back on so they could ring in the food.. they couldn’t even just take the tickets back to the cook. A little after an hour later they finally said they could put in the food but yet now we could only pay with cash. Food was eh/average, nothing special.

We waited for nearly 30 minutes just for our drink orders to be taken. Our reservation was at 10 and we did not get our food until around 11 when the restaurant was closing. I had the shrimp and grits and they definitely were not what I was expecting. I would not recommend Shrimp Factory to others and will certainly never return.

This was the second time that we had been there it was as good this time as it was the last. We will be back

Our group got crab legs and steamed shrimp - all very tasty! The side dishes weren't great though - corn was old and the Savannah red rice was old and stale. When we brought the rice to their attention, they did bring out a replacement yellow rice. All in all, a tasty meal and fast, fun service. We would return again for the crab legs!

Food & service was very good. Server was very pleasant & efficient.

Birthday "early bird" dinner with my wife and her daughter's family. All the buildings on River Street are unique. Most were old warehouses, etc. from YEARS ago when Savannah was being settled. Nicely decorated, great ambiance, noise level was not too loud. We are repeat diners there and the daughter says she will be back! Great service, great food.

Did not need reservations, place was nearly empty. One strange thing, everyone was seated in the same section, no social distancing.

The shrimp cocktail was very bland as was the shrimp scampi, no flavor at all. Shrimps were a little rubbery, too. My date did not like her crab cakes. Drinks were ok but was definitely not worth the $100 tab the dinner and drinks cost.

Food was mediocre service was not bad but took a extremely ling time to table
