Very good service, four of us in our party and we all enjoyed our appetizers and meals. It is a bit expensive compared to similar BYOB restaurants.

We almost don’t want to talk about how great this place is so we can always get a table. This food is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is great. Our server Taylor was a joy. What a fabulous restaurant!!!

Theresa's is a great place for dinner during the winter months! The ambiance is wonderful, the food is fantastic and the service is unmatched! Remember this gem during the colder months when it's a little easier to get a table.

Great set-up for outdoor dining on a 45 degree night, didn’t notice the cold much. Food was good but not the greatest especially given the price. Wish I had tried the specials, would probably return to try some other items

Delicious food, wonderful service. Eggplant special over homemade pasta and the blackened mahi-mahi, both delicious. Outdoor dining set up was great. Precautions implemented and staff was determined to ensure safety. Would highly recommend a visit here.

Considering the times Theresa's was very enjoyable. We live down the street and have not been there since the COVID started. We love the food and our server, she was amazing, very friendly. We were luck to be able to sit inside, however the outside heaters seem to do a great job. I would recommend Teresa's to friends!

The food was delicious. We love the eggplant pancake appetizer. It was a chilly night and we ate outside. They have a tent and heaters which did help.

In-door dining area is very spacious, lots of room between tables. Food prep, presentation, and service always on point.

We enjoyed our last outdoor dining of the year at Theresa's South, it was a great way to end our dining season. Table were set more than 6 feet apart and with both one side of the tent and the door way open, there seemed to be plenty of ventilation. Propane heaters kept the temperature comfortable.

The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. All in all a perfect night of dining out. We will definitely return next spring.

Theresa's South is one of our favorite places to eat!! The food and service are always top notch. The management has really gone out of their way to ensure everyone safety with following COVID 19 guidelines.

Great food. Great service. Have done a great job with outdoor seating. Consistent every time we go. Highly recommend.

I have no complaint about the dining experience except the fact that the outdoor dining in 40 degree weather was a problem. Not enough heaters to provide diners with adequate temperature fir an enjoyable dining experience
