The food was beautifully presented and tasted great however, the service declined once the mains had been served and we struggled to get the waitrons attention which ultimately ended in us leaving as opposed to ordering additional items / dessert. A little on the pricey side but worth it. Especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.
We have never had a bad meal here and would recommend to anyone
We had a great time at TIIEN THAI. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The quality of food was amazing and way above my expectation. Its not just the quantity but the quality of food that was great as compared to competitors around. This is now my favourite place!

Incredible food and menu selection, authentic Thai taste and atmosphere. set meals adjusted to suit our needs too (mild to super spicy, vegetarian options etc). Lovely friendly host and beautiful atmosphere. We will be back soon!

We found the Thai Fishcakes were a weird texture and quite chewy.
This is the second time we have eaten at the Tiien Thai, Bournemouth. The food and service lived up to our expectations and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
The food was so delicious and any time I am Bournemouth I will be eating at Tiien Thai
The food was good but the waitress with the colored dress is rude and we didn’t like her.
We also asked for the dessert before the restaurant closed but we waited for 30 minutes and after that the staff told us that we couldn’t order it because of the time.
Anyway we like the atmosphere and the food!!

We had a good time at Tiien, from our arrival onwards. The welcome was good, service attentive and the food excellent. We go 3 or 4 times a year and have never been dissappointed.
Always a great night out. Delicious food served perfectly hot by attentive but not invasive staff. We choose to visit regularly so would recommend that you see for yourselves. You will be back 😁
Great food especially the tempura king prawns starter and the beef stir fry with cashew. Service was so polite and friendly. A great meal.

Excellent service even when busy on the last day before lock down. Food is delicious full of flavour. It's a small walk from town centre but well worth the walk! Great as takeaway too!!

We stayed in Bournemouth for a week and visited twice as my 10 year old loved kids menu demolished it all and set menus great value will definitely visit again

If I could give it zero stars I would. My husband and I visited after reading all the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. We had such high hopes and were sorely disappointed. We are both Thai enthusiasts and know what the basic meals should look and taste like. This is nothing like Thai food. I could’ve cooked this standard in my own kitchen. I ordered stir-fried chargrilled Rib-Eye steak This was not Rib-Eye, it was more like Tesco basic thin frying steak. My husband ordered Pad Thai, this was a congealed mass of noodles with a couple of pieces of beef on top. When we mentioned our concerns with the manager/owner, we were fobbed off with “we’ll we’re really busy, so people must like our food”. No attempt to make things right or change our opinion of Tiien Thai. We both feel robbed of £80! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!
A really nice and romantic setting. It was a very busy Saturday, so I we were waiting a little too long for our drinks, and we had about 4 different servers. I also recommend updating the bathroom. But overall, a really nice restaurant with delicious food and drinks, I will definitely be back.
Always have great food at Tiien snd this was no different. Felt spacey and safe, and great to see all the staff and customers being covid safe. Really enjoyable evening.

Fab food, always helpful ladies even though it was their first day for two of them. Our third time here and food never disappoints. Toilets could just do with chevking more often if i was going to say anything nefative
