Poor service tonight, burnt food, disappointed all around 😩

Superb food and service. A little loud as we were seated too close to the kitchen. The kitchen is open and the tables come very close to it - difficult for conversation down a table.

Great service is always consistent, regardless of who you get!

Made a reservation and sat at a table in a very high traffic area near the door. There were other suitable tables away from the door which I would have preferred. The food was good. The restaurant was really busy and loud, much different than I remember.

I was so good! We tried a wide variety of dishes and weren’t disappointed.

The food was uneventful. I had been at Trattoria Timone in the past and food was much better. Service was less than average and for the price, I could have had a better experience in a close-by restaurant. I do not think we will be back. It is sad, though because it was a good place. Please, dust the light fixtures!

Nice ambiance but a little too noisy for my liking. Food presentation was nice however I didn’t find anything special with the way the food tasted. Service was so-so, maybe not enough servers on the floor? Overall I wasn’t wowed by my experience there.

We are so annoyed, we went to order take out dinner for New Years Eve and were denied, the person who answered the phone said rudely they were too busy!! We asked to speak with the Manager and she just made it worse, saying the Kitchen won't do it. We go to this restaurant almost monthly and have been regulars for over 15 years.

It is not fair that they treat customers this way and put people who order online ahead of their regular customers trying to call in.

There was absolutely nothing marked or written on their webpage that you had to order online or that they we're taking orders days in advance!

It is a shame they treated us this way, as we will not be returning.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Our server was friendly and efficient and the food was absolutely fabulous!

I have been to Trattoria Timone many times and the food and service have been excellent. I was however very disappointed in the service this time. We received our entree nearly an hour after ordering. Please note that, on other occasions (most recent was December 28th), I ordered that same entree and barely finished eating my appetizer before the dish arrived. So I am not sure why it took so long this time. We also had to remind our server for a drink we ordered which he seemed to forget. In our previous visits, our servers were very attentive, checking regularly if we needed anything and if everything was okay. But the food was great as usual.

Food was excellent but felt the service required improvement. Hostess was not very welcoming, no greeting, no smile and plunked at our seats without wishing us a good evening or enjoy your meal. Needed to employ speed eating and drinking, drink, appetizers and meal served too quickly. Payment was short and sweet, no how was your meal, nothing.

My friends and I had a wonderful dinner. Great food and attentive service.

We dine here often, but today was a special day celebrating my mom’s 90th birthday. The food and service was impeccable as always.

i haven't been for a year almost and was quite disappointed with the quality of food. Definitely 2 notches down from my previous experience. I ordered what I always ordered which is the risotto and it was watery and bland. others in my party ordered the jumbo seafood tortellini and mentioned the same thing.

We also ordered the sticky toffee pudding; again very bland and not comparable to what I know it should taste like. Additionally, we found a stem from the dates in the pudding!! Wow

Good food. Nice surroundings and good service. Appetizer and main courses came out fast. Noise level was a little high but for a Saturday night it was to be expected. Will be going back soon👍

As always, our food experience was amazing. We were celebrating my birthday and everything was perfect; including our waiter.

The waiter was very accommodating, even though the requested main course was not on the current menu, he got it made.

Great dinner experience here. The service was attentive and the food was delicious.

Food was OK, prices a bit pretentious for the ambiance/service. Fair bit of noise , it was a ok evening but I got the feeling I was in a pretty good restaurant that thinks it is a 5 star restaurant.
