Trevi 5 at The Hotel Hershey
Another delicious meal. Excellent soup and good pasta and sandwich. Love Trevi V.
Food was so-so and it was very loud. No adherence to published dress code
Excellent restaurant in Hershey. Consistently great food, service, and atmosphere. Nice portion sizes as well. Gluten free options.
Another pleasant experience at Trevi V. Special soup was Italian Wedding soup — they make the best.
Great experience! Not sure why kids were there so late though.
Food was poorly prepared. Chicken very dry and lacking flavor
We went to Trevi 5 Our 20th Anniversary dinner. We had an excellent meal and our server was on point. Would eat here again.
The service was the best!. From the valet parking, the hostess to our very knowledgeable waiter. Two of us ordered the lamb dish and it was delicious. Would definitely order it again. It was my wife's birthday and a good time was had by all!
As is so often the case the evening can be determined by the wait staff--in this case everyone was exceptional and the young Lady Kristina was excellent. All that was ordered was good-though the pizza not exactly in the same league and only fair.
The bartender Amanda was a great start to the evening and deserves many kudos-with those as hosts adding their charms.
The service was cordial, but inattentive. We were not in a hurry, but after three hours, we only had the main course. I would have liked coffee and dessert. With three hostess within eyesight, you'd think that think that we would have seen a waiter.
Took a friend for her birthday. Right away, they mentioned the birthday and she got a plate with chocolate covered strawberries with "Happy birthday" written in chocolate on the plate.
My Burrata was good/excellent. She liked her shrimp bisque. We both liked our pasta.
We have stayed at the Hotel Hershey for 17 years. The experience in Trevi was what we have come to expect. Good food and excellent service.
Service was great . Would recommend if you like different food combinations weird menu. Didn’t cook salmon as asked. The food was so so.
Lisa, our waitress, was great and very thorough. The pizza was superb. We were in a quiet area with beautiful view and sunset.
A reasonable experience with good food and a nice setting however the noise level was intolerable due to two large tables with rowdy and noisy patrons who had little consideration for others in the restaurant. We couldn’t hear ourselves talk and it spoiled the evening.
Food good, service excellent but dined on the wrong evening as multiple homecoming dances made the noise level unbearable.
The mussels appetizer and lemon fettuccine (with chicken added) entree were both delicious. I also enjoyed the charcuterie plate very much. I highly recommend all three dishes.
Small food portions and expensive
Service was really good! We had a waiter and a waitress taking care of us and they were fabulous! We sat out on the terrace and it was absolutely gorgeous! Food was excellent and both people and all employees were very attentive to us! Will definitely go back again! Thanks Trevi 5 for a wonderful evening!
The view was spectacular along with the food and service. Birthday celebration and we well cared for and not rushed. My Mom et al had a wonderful experience. Great experience!
My wife and I went to Trevi 5 for a quiet dinner on the patio on a lovely evening. Food was delicious, atmosphere was great, and service was outstanding.
One of our favorite places when the weather is nice. Sitting outside with the flowers in bloom.
Way oversold in description. Dress code was absolutely not enforced, decor and furnishings very tired and somewhat tattered. Service was good, but overall somewhat disappointing.
We chose to hold our son's Wedding Luncheon, following the ceremony elsewhere, at Trevi. It was a small wedding, only 13 including the bride and groom. Brian, a server whom we have known since before he dated Ashley (!) was assigned to our two tables. It was as if a family member was serving our family members!
Brian did a phenomenal job. We asked for Prosecco at the start (I hadn't thought to arrange for it ahead of time) and it appeared, along with flutes for every guest, within a minute. Brian was aware that the guests were hungry, as wedding photos of the bride and groom continued to happen behind the Hotel, so he made sure that everyone could order appetizers, which was great.
The food at the lead table, with bride and groom, parents and grandparents, came right away. There was a fairly long delay before the second table received their meals, but everyone was having a good time, and because Brian had made sure that most everyone had already received an appetizer, it was fine.
Really, it couldn't have gone any better. We had only three weeks to plan and do this wedding due to immigration document dates changing, but having the Luncheon at Trevi made it seem as if a year's planning went into it. THANK YOU. I reserved the two tables through Open Table, and called Dinding Reservations at the Hotel twice to confirm. Each time I called, the answering person knew EXACTLY what reservation I had, and talked me through how it would work. When we arrived, we had full confidence that all would flow beautifully, and it did. It felt elegant but also intimate, which was unexpected, since we were out with the regular diners. When the bride entered, after photos, the other diners applauded! I would be honored to recommend Trevi for whatever purpose seems right to you. Please be in touch if I can help. "I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The potato-leek soup was amazing and the Bibb lettuce salad was refreshing. The table was split on the monkfish – one person thought it was great, but another felt that the tastes didn't quite mesh. Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."
We had amazing service. There were five of us and we had trouble deciding what to eat and drink. Our server was very patient and very helpful. Food was excellent as were the drinks
The bucatini with bacon was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!
I made a reservation and requested outside dining and called the day of to add 2 people to our party and again requested outside and was told it’s on the reservation. When we arrived I was told that even with a reservation its first come first serve and the wait for an outside table was an hour and a half. That should be told at time of reservation. We could have arrived earlier. We sat inside and at first were against the curtain and the wall. We asked that the table be moved to the two top that was empty which they said was ok and my friend and I slid the table over.
We ordered salads as well as entrees. We waited more than 20 minutes and our salads didn’t arrive. Our server said she would check on it and more time passed. Our entrees arrived followed by our salads. The server said she could remove the salads but we said we would eat them. My husband and I shared the panzanella salad which was fair. I had the chicken puttanesca which had one caper and was bland. It was noted on the reservation that we were there to celebrate my birthday and no mention was made. Not even a Hershey kiss with the bill. I have had good meals in the past but all of us agreed this time was very disappointing.
We ordered 4 entrees and they all came out at different times. It was disappointing and awkward that each member of our party was eating their meal at different times because delivery of the meals was not coordinated at all.
Terrible dinner at Trevi 5. Food was awful (both in terms of quality of ingredients and preparation). My filet mignon was not edible. My wife had the lamb chop (no one asked to what temperature is should be prepared and what we got was basically rare). The beef carpacio appetizer was tasteless.
About 5 min after we received our appetizers, main courses arrived and the staff appeared surprised that we still had our appetizers (that the very same people brought out 5 min prior).
They tried to put it on our table and were not happy when we asked them to take the food back and bring it out when we actually could finish the appetizers.
I always enjoy sitting outside and the food is always top quality, as well as the service. Thank you!
Meghan was an outstanding server and helped make our meal special. Highly recommend Trevi 5’s spinach, strawberry, and walnut salad and their pizza (all varieties are terrific!).
Sons communion trip
Great to eat out on the terrace overlooking Hershey. Menu is short but varied. Good wine choices.
The carpaccio was not up to usual standard. Instead of a red, the meat was rather dark as though it was older or had sat for a while. Service was very good.
Seated on patio on a beautiful day with lovely mountain view to enjoy a special birthday lunch. Expresso martini was delicious. Crab cake sandwich was mushy and not all that hot. Should have been pan fried/seared a bit longer to achieve a bit of crusting and a hotter temperature. I hate going out to dine and feeling like I could have done a better job than the chef; however the ambience and martini soothed my disappointment. Next time I will order my crab cake well done!
Trevi 5 was a great place to bring the kids for dinner. Food was delicious and we had excellent service. They were very attentive and the service was pretty quick.
