Enjoyed our meal very much.

Tuscan Kitchen Burlington is wonderful! We have been many times. It has outstanding Italian cuisine and wonderful warm service. The atmosphere is cool and clean.

Wait staff was poor. Numerous mistakes from cocktails thru forgetting ordered espresso at dinner end. Meal was halfway over before she came back to ask about fresh cracked pepper or grated cheese. In fact, kitchen staff delivered food without waitress present! Food was ok, scampi was very good. Spaghetti and meatballs were probably out of a can. Poor. With tip we dropped about $350 and should have gotten a lot more for our dollar.

Dining here during pandemic was PERFECT. Restaurant is large enough that one feels safe. Manager checked in with us during our dining experience which I appreciated.

Staff is very well trained. The food is excellent; so well prepared and this menu is varied to engage even the fussiest eater!
We had a charcuterie platter for appetizer ; absolutely delicious . Great combo.
Our meals included: salmon, ricotta gnocchi, and pasta/bolognese. Expertly prepared and fantastic taste.
Cannot wait to return.

Kyle C our waiter was awesome, the manager also came over twice and he was also very responsive, attentive, and friendly. Maria who was a bar back clearing the tables was on top of everything and she was great. I’ve been to Tuscan kitchen 100+ times and the Faro Family has done an excellent job in this pandemic with innovation. 12/10 to start my first meal out in 2021.

Our server was extremely friendly, personable and courteous - he truly understands what customer service is all about. Our food brought out in a timely manner and IT-WAS-DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I absolutely LOVE the ambience of the restaurant, the professionalism of the staff and of course, the amazing varieties of quality-prepared food which presented so all on our plates! KUDOS to the chefs in the kitchen and we will definitely be REPEAT CUSTOMERS! : )

We dined there New Year’s Eve. Colette was a superb waitress. We both got the filet mignon special of the evening which was absolutely fantastic. We spoke with the manager after dinner and he was delightful. Cannot wait to return!

Food was good, social distancing protocols were followed. Ambiance was great

Staff was attentive even given the pandemic. Tables were well spaced out, and tall ceiling help with perception of safe environment for dining.

Waitress was rude and disinterested—they put 6 ppl in a booth which was way too tight with the drinks and plates in the table—some food was cold—would not rush back

Overall a pricey one time experience! Food was mediocre the suggested Lobster Ravioli did not have fresh Lobster Meat and spicey hot (I really mean hot!), the Fig & Prosciutto Pizza had a thick crust and was assembled sloppy, Figs where cut rough and the prosciutto was just thrown on in large pieces not even bite size. The best was the fried Mozzarella with the Arugula and 3 pestos. The molten cake was cold and dense, nothing what I would recommend. Espresso without crema and being charged for Soda when we had tap water just rounded it up for us. It was for a Birthday reservation and unfortunately disappointing.

The restaurant is laid out nicely. The entrance is grand but the tables/booths are cozy. They are all spaced far enough apart so there is no need to worry about sitting near strangers. The menu is excellent with many tasty choices. I had the butternut squash risotto which was to die for!! There are half portions, which is great if you don’t want to take food home! A great experience; we sat near the fireplace which hit the spot on a rainy day!

Very few people in the restaurant, and so accommodating. Kind and soliticious.

Wow! What a great Thanksgiving meal. Tasty turkey dinner feature, to pair with their house made pasta as a mid course, and excellent wine. Service couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable, or efficient - Lisa at the bar, sit with her! Even the managers stopped by the table, Mark told us about a great barbaresco, which we got, and Meghan was so generous and genuine with her time. She recognized us from a previous visit. What a unique experience it is to be recognized and made to feel at home by the team at a restaurant. And finally, especially during these times, they definitely made us feel safe. It's obvious they're going above and beyond with their safety protocols.

Thanksgiving

Had a great Sunday lunch. From the welcome to the check, the serving team was impeccable. Appetizers were fantastic; the main courses were great, meat was cooked perfectly (did not score perfect mainly due to personal preference); desert course was fantastic as well. Overall a 5/5.

We got seated in front the freezing sliding door that for some reason had to be open when it’s 40 degrees out. Every time it opened we got a massive draft. The food was completely bland too. We were expecting much better food , but glad we tried it. The desserts were good- the olive oil cake was dry though, donuts were the best. Never going back.

Busy but not overcrowded. The service from our server Christine was excellent. The food and the wine were outstanding. Looking forward to trying their other locations.

The waiter remembered our order without writing it down. Recommended a great wine and remembered the beer my husband was drinking.
