Ulele（ユー・レイ・リーと発音）は、フロリダの海、そして伝説の若いUlele王妃をはじめとする多くのアメリカ先住民がかつて住んでいた土地で獲れた食材の力強い融合を実現する店です。

タンパハイツのヒルズバラ川沿い、Straz Center for the Performing Artsから約365mの場所にあります。毎日ランチとディナーに屋内と屋外でのウォーターフロントダイニングを楽しめます（感謝祭＆クリスマスは休業）。

見た目に魅力的で風味の複雑な料理を直径3mを超えるバルバコアグリルで調理しています。

Uleleは1903年のTampa Heights Water Worksの建物を当時をイメージして改装した建物で、数々のクラフトビールをタップで提供するUlele Spring Breweryも併設しています。隣りにはWater Works Parkがあります。

    Great food!! Great service!! We decided to make a meal out of appetizers so we could sample several dishes, and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend the Barbados Shrimp and Brussel Sprout salad.

    Our anniversary dinner was perfect. We started with a drink at the outside bar then moved upstairs for a delicious meal. Our grouper could not have been cooked better. The ambiance was perfect as we watched the sun go down along the water. Afterwards we stepped outside for live music and beautiful scenery. We will def be back!

    Ulele is always tried and true. From great menu and drink options to friendly service , it’s our fave downtown restaurant (and our dog loves it too)!

    We eat here at least once a month especially during performances at the Straz. We had Mark as our server yesterday and he did a great job. I have not had the chicken breast dish in quite a while so tried it again. The risotto was perfectly cooked as was the garlic spinach (it’s not good when it’s overcooked and flabby). The chicken portion was perfect and the sauce kept it juicy. Can’t forget the key lime stack dessert! Yum!😋

    I’m honestly not sure why the reviews for this place are so high or why it’s ’award winning.’ The service was fine nothing to rave or complain about. The ambiance was probably the best thing about this place. It’s in a nice location, although a little tricky to find and the vibe of the restaurant is inviting and fun. The food was beyond mediocre though. The oysters weren’t fresh, the ceviche app was under seasoned. My fish entree was extremely dry and nothing special. Honestly the highlight of the meal were my glass of wine and side of sautéed spinach that came with my fish, but it’s sautéed spinach and how hard is that really? All in all, I would honestly come back here for a drink at the bar, but definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.

    I love the place. Had the Ulele Salad which is a favorite. Service is awesome, beer selection is terrific. Ulele is a Tampa gem!

    Large group of 9 and everything was great! Since we were a large group, we had to sit outside but the servers made sure that we had plenty of heaters around. Our server was fantastic and provided great recommendations! Food was amazing as well!
