Great night in difficult times!
I was very disappointed with the service , we had ordered starters and mains and mocktails. The mains came first , then the starters followed then the drinks. In a complete wrong order. We had to ask twice for my friends drink as they forgot to bring it out.
I felt all over the place , I didn’t like the service it was very slow and I disliked how the food was brought out. For that reason I won’t be dining in Vermillion again.

Really nice atmosphere created by the lighting and music. Went for my boyfriends birthday and they brought him out a plate saying happy birthday with a cake on it , was in general juay really lovely service.

Chicken in the curry dishes was really tough and dry. The spices didn’t feel cooked through. Tasted like it was out of a jar to be honest. Host was really polite and attentive but food was a real disappointment.
Ambiance was great, perfect for a date night, however the food was not great. Prawn noodles were great however the indian curry we ordered was not nice at all.

My experience at vermillion was great. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was lovely. Not to mention the interior design is beautiful!
The food is standard in terms of its generic. For example when asked to make something a little hotter than normal, chillies get added to it. The curry is cooked is standard sauce which is from a tin. The food was cold and we didn't even go at a busy time. The napkin had hair all over it and the worst thing is that the bottle of mineral water was just under £5.

Great dining experience. Vermilion is one of our favourite restaurants in the northwest and always a hit for special occasions. The food, service and ambience is impeccable. 10/10
Mediocre at best. Slow service and cheap tasting food. Chewy lamb and gristly chicken. The rice was fine. Expensive for the quality we received. Style over substance.
This place is all about the settings and NOT the food....our starters were overdone..my Sesame Prawns were like rubber and chewy, my partners Serk Kebabs were dry and over-done and crumby and the ends were hard...my daughters Basket of Beit were all dry chewy, rubbery and over cooked.
The Desi Lamb was basically Rogan Josh, i would reccomend for the bar and drinks bit not food..very over priced for what you get.
I would recommend if for the food which was excellent in my opinion. The only issue was that the place was understaffed for dinner rush. He had to wait for 40 mins just to place our order. The ambiance was nice but the noise level was very high. It was surprisingly affordable and that combined with delicious food I give it a high rating.

Service was a bit slow but it was very busy so this is probably why . Would recommend it’s great location next to the Etihad Stadium , we was going to see the spice girls it made such a difference finding somewhere nice to eat which we didn’t have to walk to far too .
Having booked a business lunch for 5 people, we were greeted with the fact that the kitchen would be closing in 2 minutes so could we be quick ordering food. Ordered pompadoms told could not have any and we could not order sweets as kitchen closed. 2pm booking on friday. Poor service leaving bad taste.

Lovely setting inside and great food with great service
Venue was beautiful! I would have given a 4star for this alone but the experience and food was quiet disapointing. Food was not worth the price at all. Staff either kept asking if ready to order even after stating allow extra time. Then litterally ignored for next 20minutes. The drink was standard and not worth it. Overall experience standard.
It was an amazing atmosphere, great food and service. We went there for our wedding anniversary and we were very pleased and will definitely go back
Horrific service - waited an hour and a half for food and still didn’t get all of it. Will never be returning.
Food is incredible however they weren’t prepared for the volume of people dining before the concert at the Etihad. The staff looked stressed and we had to wait 1hour 30 for our mains.
From the moment we were escorted to our table we were treated very curtiously. What ever you required you were given. The food was the best we have ever had. It was melt in your mouth gorgeous and nothing was left on our plates which is very unusual. We have a favourite curry restaurant which we thought was outstanding. The vermilion put it to shame. A fantastic night with top class service. Couldn't thank them enough.
