Villa Napoletana

Last minute we decided to go to Villa Napoletana- and we were glad we did. The service and food was outstanding. We felt safe and well cared for. Highly recommend!!

Had another fabulous dinner at Villa on Friday night. I am very impressed with how on top of their game they are with keeping things sanitized at the Villa. Plastic shields separate the dining tables and the seats at the bar. A container of sanitizer was at our seats at the bar. As soon as I was finished with my menu, the bartender sanitized it. Very impressive.

Great food, great value!
I had the Chicken Marsala and the pork sausage stuffed portabella mushroom was great, the Malbec wine was delish! Just could have done without the appetizer, nothing wrong! My eyes were bigger than my stomach, I did leave stuffed and I am glad I tried it anyway!

I will come back for another visit!

The food and service are usually exceptional - This visit, not so much! Also, the napkin that my silverware was in looked as though it was not cleaned from the previous customer!!! Very disappointed in this visit on date nite.

Carlos was our server and he was exceptional. He remembered what we drank from the prior time we were at Villa which was about 10 days prior. Food was delicious.

Waiter was fantastic. Huge portions for the cost. Crock of soup with meal and not just a cup!

Always a pleasure to have dinner at Villa Napoletana. We enjoyed a great mean, had great service, and were not rushed. Hope to be back soon.

We had a awesome date night. The food was very good like always! Our waiter Camryn was very informative. It was a little cold but we still had a very nice night. Oh and our drinks were REAL GOOD!

The appetizer took over a half hour to be served. It was a caprese salad. I ordered zuppa di mussels with red sauce and was served it in white sauce. My husband ordered swordfish, the presentation was awful and it was the smallest piece I have ever seen.

Our server Carlos was great. He was attentive and very friendly. The food was good as always. I hate the Covid restrictions and I’m ready for normalcy but not their fault. Loved the Grand Marnier shrimp.

Location and frontage may be a little misleading to what you will receive inside. The inside is quaint, not crowded, nice bar and bar area (once useable), and food is excellent with a wide variety of choices.

We have not been here in a long time, but had an occasion to celebrate so we decided to see how they are running currently. I was very pleased with the food and service as always.

I had a reservation and they called and abruptly cancelled my reservation an hour and fifteen minutes before my scheduled arrival.

The food was well prepared and the three of us will return when the COVID restrictions are lifted and the restaurant is fully staffed. The diversification of the menu and quality of the food is exceptional for the Western Mass area.

Great Sunday brunch!!!

Great place, good food. We had the Apatizer artichoke francais (B-). My Son ordered the Penne ala Vodka, A++ it waa served as is, he wished he had asked for a bit more spice yet I thought it tasted fantastic. My wife has the Chicken Francais (B+). I ordered fish, it was fresh and spiced perfectly. Tge service here was at times overwhelming, usually not a bad thibg yet out waitress was seasoned" yet did not allow for a tasting when pooring the bottle of wine we ordered and she a bit abrupt.....understaffed would be the word of the night, as she had a shadow in training all night and the only other people we saw in the painted wall dining room was 2 water servers...who seemed preoccupied in only filling water glasses....better training needed here...with the younger staff. In all, great first time experience, and whenever this Covid 19!goes by we will be back1!!!!
