   My husband and I love this restaurant. So sorry to hear they are closing. We have eaten here since the late 1990s. It's one of our favorite restaurants

   So sad that Washington Platform is closing for good tomorrow. Thoroughly enjoyed my last meal there. It was extra difficult deciding what to eat for my final meal because everything there is wonderful.

    We we're there for the special Feast of the 7 fishes. While the service wasn't great and the food from the buffet was cold, the atmosphere, the band and the selection was nice. Just not quite sure it was worth the $60 per person price.

    First time here and everything was great! Oysters were extremely fresh and some of best I have had. I got the burger, guests got the Chicken entre and loved it. Great drink selection and just a great experience overall. Service and value were excellent. We will most definitely be back soon!!

    Washington Platform has delicious food! Their menu also offers items you often do not find on other menus like oysters. Service was friendly and attentive. Parking is convenient for a 'downtown' spot. Ambiance is nice. They offer many special food and musical events.

    Very good service. It is one of the few restaurants we frequent that someone bother to read my comments. My tea and our soup were indeed very hot. The gentleman who seated us even knows my name we loved the fried oysters. The Seafood soup I had was very hot and rich. Delicious! The servings are large and the prices are reasonable. We had been to Washington Platform a number of years ago, for some reason we kind of forgot about the place. After our dinner tonite, we are definitely returning.to explore further their menus.

    Wonderful jazz band. We had the shrimp ofcourse, and it was really good. Our cocktails were lacking alcohol😂Main restaurant room was a little dated but the music room was better. We will go back for the food and sit in the back room for sure to listen to jazz.

    It’s crab month so we ordered all things crab! Big mistake. Not only was it outrageously priced for tiny portions, but nothing was seasoned AT ALL. I had to douse my “crab hash” in Tabasco sauce to even taste it and the crab stuffed mushrooms had zero flavor. The onion straws were soggy….the only truly edible things were the crab legs and the crab dip. We were starving so we ate most of what came out, but two of us felt sick afterward, with one of us actually getting sick. To top it off, our server never even asked us how everything was, as if she already knew it was bad. So bad.

    So glad to be at the Platform for their annual crab fest. So many menu items to choose from but I had to have my favorite- soft shell crab. Can't get that anyplace else in Cincinnati!

    Carlie was our server and she did an AMAZING JOB. Lots of restaurants are short staffed and it truly sucks to go out and spend the money when the service is lacking. We LOVED our visit last night and will be asking for Carlie next time We make the drive down. Of course the food was in point and our favorite oysters were the best:)
