Water and Wine not only has outstanding food, they painstakingly go above and beyond to ensure that you feel safe. In spite of the cold weather, the outdoor dining tent has been loaded with huge heaters, and it was toasty warm! Honestly, I’ve often felt a little chilly inside the restaurant through the years, but not tonight! Very very warm. I hope they keep the outdoor dining even after the pandemic
Awesome food and service
Food is always great and so is the service. It gets better every single time we go back there.
As always, the food, service and wine was amazing. One of our favorite places to go for a really nice dinner or to celebrate a special occasion.

Christmas Eve
Went for my daughter's graduation from Rutgers due to covid was a small gathering of 5 family members. The entire restaurant was following proper protocols and everyone felt very safe. The food was impeccable and the service was extraordinary. Thank you to all the servers that waited on us. We will definitely return again.
Great food that’s always consistent. We had steaks, seafood dishes and appetizers and all were deliciously prepared and portions were sizable. Drinks are delicious as well and the wine list is impressive. Great service and nice ambience despite dining during COVID. Always a favorite of ours.
Food is always delicious, fresh, and big portion. Staff is always pleasant and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a great dining experience everytime you go.

The food was excellent, the ambiance was beautiful in the dining room with our view of the lake, and the staff was very friendly and completely on-point but not intrusive. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The food was amazing and the portions are huge. The pork chops and Cajun calamari will not disappoint. So good! We ate indoors. The atmosphere was relaxing and the view of the lake was beautiful. We had such a nice time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

This place great from the staff to the decor and the outside view of the water. Romantic and yet comfortable. Highly enjoyed ourselves.
There was a strange scent that bothered me specifically but I couldn't quite pin it. Otherwise, it was a great experience that my wife and I shared at the restaurant. The pan roasted halibut special was delicious and filling. I will definitely go again and try a more traditional italian plate.
It was my wife's birthday, we had each other and our teenage kids. Ambience was great, service could not have been better and the food was outstanding. Quote from my son "this place is too posh for me" but after getting his starter "the food is amazing" said it all. So glad we could celebrate my wife's birthday with our family here tonight in this crazy situation.

Anniversary
Water and Wine is always great. Aside from the food, and the service which is always on point, I want to thank them for continuing to keep their large outdoor tent open during the colder months. The tent is sufficiently open on one long side, and has very high ceilings, so we feel very safe eating out there. There are so many restaurants with either enclosed tents or they have stopped allowing outdoor dining at all. I am happy that if I want to eat outside in the cooler temperatures, they are allowing it. We were very warm with the heat lamps on. Thanks as usual for a great experience
