Ok first they had me and my two young daughters wait while tables were available then when someone else comes in they sit them immediately. Asked for a medium well patty melt and got a rare one. My waiter was great.

Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. Her name was Megan. She was so amazing, the service was impeccable. We also had two other interactive servers and they were friendly. Our experience was amazing we will 100% definitely be visiting again.

Our waiter Only came too our table twice. Once to take our order & once to bring our check, and when he did bring the check he acted like he had already gave it to us. We really felt like everyone was being serviced well beside us. Primly won’t return nor recommend.

We are Grill Club members and enjoy all the perks. The food is always good, love their salmon and burgers. Not too long to wait. Service staff is always nice and attentive.

We were seated next to the kitchen and the slamming of things in the kitchen, pots pans huge trays, was so loud we wanted to leave. We couldnt even have a conversation over the unbelievably loud slamming.

Such a great place to visit if you are looking for good barbecue.

Food was great. Was a bit disappointed that it was still really cold, even with the heaters. It’s outdoors, but I thought it was enclosed tents.

Great service, and the tent was warm enough while still allowing air flow from outside. Don’t wanna get carbon monoxide poisoning from the lit torches. Food was delicious and the drinks were great.

Date day with Hubby!! Excellent service! Great wings, pork chops, and steak!! Strong drinks. Heaters / curtain kept the cold out during CoVid restrictions. We will return.

We were celebrating New Years and were sitting on the patio because of COVID. It was nicely decorated with lights and the heaters kept us comfortable despite the 28 degree weather. Our feet/legs were a bit cold since it was breezy and the tarps were open at the bottom.
We had wonderful cocktails, the best crab cake ever and out steaks were unsurpassed! My husband had the NY strip and my daughter and I split the filet. Cooked to perfection! Garlic mashed were amazing. We ordered the appetizer crispy Brussels for the table as a side with our meal and that was delicious!! When we were paying our check our server brought us complimentary hot chocolate to go! Such a sweet end to a wonderful experience!

We had dinner outside on New Years Eve , we had a great time even Though it was chilly ... service abs food was excellent!

Food was good and reasonably priced. Outdoor dining was just that. Outdoor dining...although they had heaters, they were no match for Chicago's Winter..it was freezing the entire time we were there...a couple across from us were literally wrapped in blankets. Will patronize again via carryout but no dining until the inside is back opened.

Great experience, food was amazing. We shared the Mac n cheese as an afterthought and It was OFF THE HOOK! So good, we couldn’t stop talking about it. Steaks were cooked perfect.

My family and I were visiting from Ohio and Veselin took such good care of us! He made our experience beyond compare! The food was AMAZING too! My daughter said the NY strip was the best steak she had ever had! We will definitely be coming back!

The set up for outdoor winter seating was really nice. There were plenty of heaters and the windscreens kept the wind at bay, but there was enough air flow from above to keep fresh air coming in. The food and service as always was terrific!

Overall a great experience. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We got the meal for 2 with salmon and meatloaf. The salads and cornbread were amazing.

Slow wait service, it took a a long time to get greeted and refills took a long time ; ordered basic items, such as patty melts, bread was hard, not a lot of cheese, not satisfied
