Restaurant was very full so service was slow. Food was good.
Food great as always. Sat in booth at bar so waiter was bartender - he was just there to get paid. Didn't do anything more than he had to which is fine when I go to Portillos.
Food was very good, lighting was dim but very romantic and pleasant in a way.
Always a solid place to go. Happy it's open for sit down again

Great meal, we don’t know if they are short staffed due to covid, but service left a lot to be desired. Every time they brought something to the table, they barely stopped to drop off the food, in some cases they slid the plate towards us as they kept moving on, not appreciated. Minimal conversation, felt like they were trying to rush us in and out.
It's a great option, especially when you have a special occasion to celebrate. The food was excellent and the entire experience was convenient and highly satisfactory!

We’ve gone to Weber Grill on several occasions, the ribs (baby back) have always been great - tender, fall-off-the-bone. Unfortunately this trip was disappointing as the ribs weren’t very good - tough, overcooked. It’s funny, we’re not that picky – even a little bit overdone is fine but the half slab that my wife had was pretty well charred. We were going to send them back but at that point it was getting later, wasn’t worth the hassle. The set up is outdoor enclosed tents with the kerosene heaters which works fine, nobody was cold (.. in fact it was quite warm). Service was fine, I noticed on the menu more things are a-la-carte now - side dishes, up-charges for anything beyond coleslaw or beans. You know, I get it – the Covid environment has really hurt the businesses hard and I’m more than happy to support as often as we can - - but at the same time it was disappointing to drop $100 on dinner for two with no extras, no alcohol, overcooked meal and feeling nickeled and dimed along the way. Unfortunately everyone looked forward to this meal but came away underwhelmed.
We ate in the tent and it was very warm and cozy. The food and service were great!

The food was very good, although the ribs were very small. The burgers, on the other hand were very tasty and huge! Tent dining has its problems though. It was decorated nicely but the area we were sitting at was cold and the noise from the heat blower was annoying. Service was great!

I was happy to see that Weber Grill had any kind of dine in options. I know that tents aren't ideal, but theirs was decently ventilated. I was a little bit chilly, but I tend to get cold in most places.

A tent was socially distanced throughout the space.
The heat was a little week and we had to wear a jacket through dinner. The weather was awesome the food was excellent and we will be back!

With indoor dining being shut down in Illinois, Weber's Grill did a great job with their patio/tent seating. It was pretty warm and great service. Will definitely go again soon!

The meal was delicious; however their menu is (as typical for Weber’s very limited). Our server did a nice job, was attentive early on but once tables began filling, we waited longer for refills to be brought to the table and were brought the incorrect dessert (came with the meal), yet the third person in our group wasn’t ask if he’d like any dessert.
The main reason for the unsatisfactory review is due to the GM’s lack of professionalism when handling a potential safety hazard. A table of 6 was placed within a foot of the heating vent (outside tent). The party seated there commented that the heat was blowing directly on their child’s leg (young teenager) and the GM turned the heat off “for 20 minutes”. In a scolding tone to me, he said he turned another heater on across the tent, that “it is comfortable in here” that “it should warm up shortly” and “Do you want to move?” all in basically the same breath. As I sat there with my coat and hat on (as were others also dressed similarly) I was taken aback by his blunt and condescending tone. My response to him was a firm, “No, I don’t want to move. It would make more sense not to have a table blocking the heating vent.”
Without saying another word, he turned and left. A few minutes later he had a staff member set up a propane tower close to our table. Many other patrons (30 plus) were present in the outdoor tent by the time we left and many continued to eat with their hats and coats on.
During a pandemic when businesses are regulated so strongly, and folks chose between potentially risking their health or supporting local businesses, Weber Grill in Schaumburg may consider a more customer friendly and safe environment for those choosing to patronize the restaurant.
Weber Grill definitely burned this customer and we will not be back!
Food was good and service was good; nothing to complain about there. Sitting in the tent was, however, pretty cold and so probably will look for other tent dining locations where you can at least take off your coat

I understand due to Covid restrictions you have to have only outside seating. However, it is cold. You don’t have enough heaters for a large tent. Not to mention that you have a warmer covered patio and when I asked if my party could wait the person seating us was unbelievably rude and told us we should’ve gotten there earlier.... WHAT? My family and I won’t be going to back until Covid is more under control.
Mostly I was FREEZING cold so I could not enjoy let alone eat my food. There were only 2 standing heaters that were only next to two tables and also a heater on the floor facing the table that was already occupying the standing heater. I packed my dinner as well as my child’s to go and called it a night. Not entirely your fault being we have to be outside in a tent. But it was my experience. Happy holidays and well wishes to all staff!!
Poor service, the food was cold, and even with a $50 discount was still overpriced.

6:45 reservation, too cold in the tent... waited 40 minutes for inside but saw open tables that were actually available. Waiter looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for fresh coffee because it wasn’t hot... when my husband asked about it 15 minutes later he said he had thought someone else brought it. Caesar salad was drowned in dressing and my husband’s hamburger that was ordered medium was rare... waiter then proceeded to explain what medium was and offered to reheat.
Food waiting time 55 min during minimal occupancy.
After 35 min of waiting after placed order, the waiter came to me to say sorry because computer crashed and order didn’t go through.
Next table have gotten free food and they were waiting las time then myself....
Covid makes running a restaurant extremely difficult - with patrons eating in a tent far from the kitchen with doors open to the wind and December weather. But we all need to make the most of it the best we can. We went to Weber Grill for my son's 18th birthday and I felt they could have tried a little harder. The service was friendly but slow. One of the heaters ran out of propane. A burger ordered medium rare came very rare, close to completely raw on one side. It was comped but it still took another 20 minutes to get a new one. The French onion soup was a bit salty. My son's birthday steak was spiced and grilled to his liking, and that was the most important!
Due to the circumstances of COVID I'm thankful that they have an outdoor patio that's enclosed and partially warmed to still be able to enjoy seeing friends. Food and service good.

Our server Anthony was so good. He was so on top of every need and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The salad and spinach Dip were great.

Amazing food and great service
The food was ok the drinks were no so good and too noisy. Maybe because was outside. This is not the first time I visit the restaurant. I won't recommend this restaurant to my family or friends for an outside dinner.

Steak was cooked to our request but it was very chewy and a lot of gristle. Would not order again. Service was great though. Our waiter had a great sense of humor. Asparagus was grilled perfectly and we enjoyed the corn bread
