For my wife and I this was our 4th consecutive year celebrating Christmas Eve Dinner at Wheatfields. Excellent meal and very courteous staff. We were skeptical at first due to COVID-19 but social distancing was more than adequate and everyone was wearing a mask. Very well done.

Excellent Christmas Eve dinner!!!

I was very pleased bring it was my first time at Wheatfields! Delicious toss salad & was pleased with my shrimp & spinach on linguini, I plan to visit again!

Our server Will was very attentive. Food quality was excellent. We live locally and this is out go to Italian Restaurant

Food and service was very good. They had everyone spaced away from each other so it felt very safe ( blue X's on tables that couldn't be used ) . Gluten free options for my wife.
Would certainly go there again!

Food is always delicious and high quality. I have a gluten allergy and they take the proper steps to make sure there is no cross contamination , I never get sick after eating there . Service was great!

Food was very uninspired. Salad dressing was not good lemon vinegarette and Caesar’s both bad. Waiter was very nice and helpful.

Food and service was excellent. We sat next to the fireplace and enjoyed our dinner.

Son's steak was tasteless. only took one bite. My Chicken marsala tasted of both and noodles were too hard.

Wheatfields is a favorite. The staff is friendly, the food and drinks are great. They have had social distancing and cleaning procedures in place since before the shutdown. Great place for good food and a great atmosphere.

Pasta (which they boast about) was doughy and not cooked through.

Went for the pasta, sorely disappointed. I make better pasta at home.

We are outside and were happy with that decision. In the "new covid" situation , the staff is running more than ever. They were extremely attentive and pleasant. Food was great especially the calamari. Yummy!

The waitstaff were very careful and complied with all the safety concerns - masks, gloves, etc. It was quiet, only two other parties, so socially distancing inside was not a concern. Everyone was very friendly. Will come back again.

We ate outside, where we received exceptional, safe, and socially distanced service. A great choice, especially now.

Our waitress was phenomenal! It was our first “post covid experience “ in a restaurant. Thank you for helping us enjoy the new normal! We’ll be back soon.

Food was not the greatest - home made angel hair was way overdone to the point of a gelatinous muck dish. The veggie pizza was too oily and the appetizer - served about 30 minutes too late.

The server could have been more versed on the menu. No water for the table. The food - Pizza (very good), Chicken Parmesan (chicken excellent, pasta was hardly cooked, very under done), Shrimp Scampi (only 4 small shrimp and very overcooked angel hair pasta), Prime Rib special (not cooked to medium BUT was very good). No offer of dessert or coffee - we asked for coffee, she brought no cream or sugar, when asked for sugar she brought but no spoon, when asked she brought a stir stick. My expectation of a $20+ average check entrée restaurant is to have spoons to stir your coffee. We were offered no refills.

We will go back for Pizza and Salads but not main entrees in future.

This is only the second time I’ve been to the Clifton Park location. The atmosphere was great! There was a live band but the restaurant was not too noisy. The timing of the food was spot on with appetizers delivered immediately after we ordered our entrees. The entrees were served within minutes of clearing the appetizer and the amazing dessert tray was presented upon finishing our entrees. The food is the same great quality as the Saratoga location.

Salads and wood-fired pizza were good; creme brulee was terrible. Asked for bread, but did not receive. When bill arrived, noticed we were overcharged for a bottle of wine; they adjusted the bill. Despite this, we will likely return or at least get pizza to go.

Although the food took a while, it was delicious.

The Flatbread and our meals were amazing ...Today's special pasta should be on the everyday menu. Brielle was our great server.

We were excited to see happy hour on the drink menu and even mentioned it to the waiter who commented it was a great deal! The salad came out with lots of dressing instead of dressing on the side as it was ordered but this was corrected. One of our steaks was massively overcooked but the manager eventually (almost 20 minutes later) sent out a new one which was cooked correctly. When the check came we did not receive the happy hour deal and were told at this time it was at the bar only (this was not listed anywhere that we could see). Lots of ups and downs, I’m not sure if we will be back.

Tables are very close together. Wait staff couldn’t move between tables easily. Some food arrived cold

We weren’t aware that happy hour specials are only valid at the bar. We overpaid for salads and mixed drinks. Wish we knew ahead of time and we would’ve sat in the bar area.

Food was great and service was excellent- we will be back!

Birthday dinner for my daughter and my husband . Always go there when I am in Clifton park . Everything is always delicious and excellent service!

I've been to Wheatfields in the past and have been pleased with the food and service. This time we invited friends to join us and I must say I was downright embarrassed that we suggested this place. The salad was limp and didn't look fresh and the four different sandwiches we ordered left much to be desired. All four of us agreed it was subpar and we wouldn't return. Maybe it was just an off day.... I went home and had to make myself a sandwich...

The server acknowledged our special occasion of our anniversary when we were seated, but yet never made an effort to make the evening special with an offer of hospitality. It was strange. Additionally, the bartender made it uncomfortable concerning the happy hour policy at the bar and never provided the information about the Tuesday 1/2 price bottles of wine special at the dining tables. Once again, not welcoming or neighborly. We felt we were an inconvenience to the staff the entire evening.

It got a little weird with someone (we think she was a little drunk) over zealous for the guitar player. He was good ! But it was just a little too loud for us.
Our waiter Nelson was wonderful. He dealt well with gluten-free and dairy free requests even though there was a little issue. He and the manager? handled it very well.

Service was a little slow and the app was super spicy
