Willy’s Steakhouse Grill & Sushi Bar

Always an outstanding meal at Willy's. Everything we ordered was again delicious. Absolutely the best steak around. And remember, the sides are enough to share for two. Please support this fine gem of a restaurant.

Unfortunate. Came here to celebrate our engagement and my filet came out extremely overdone and chewy, after waiting and additional almost 30 minutes the second filet came out worse (very charred and chewy). Ended up not eating steak and had a bowl of mashed potatoes. Dessert was on the house, but tasted like old cake. Alcoholic mixed beverages were delicious as well as the coconut shrimp. Server was very nice as I realize this was not her fault.

This is one of my favorite places to dine! They are following all COVID-19 protocols, so I feel very safe dining in person here.

Great dinner

My wife and I decided to go on a date night for her birthday, and have been considering Willy’s for some time. Considering the times we are all faced with these days we were looking for a safe and quiet environment. The service was excellent and food was about as good as it gets. We both felt that they managed COVID-19 appropriately and felt safe. We will be sure to come back soon.

Willy’s is one of my favorite restaurants! Food, service & drinks are always excellent! We terribly miss Kenzo and his yummy creations!

Service and food quality couldn’t have been better. Portions were perfect. Drinks were amazing. The staff were attentive while giving us our space.

First of all, they don’t have sushi anymore which is so sad!!

We all got steaks and most were undercooked and we had to send back. Other than that, the rest of the food was delicious and our waiter was great!

I was celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary with my husband and daughter. Our table was decorated with a card and curled ribbons. It was a very relaxing evening. The restaurant adhered to all Covid protocols. Our l service was tremendous as was the food. We were very disappointed that we could not travel for our celebration but this night made us feel a lot better. Thank you Willy’s.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the meal. The appetizers were unbelievable, and I'd recommend those to anyone. We were a little dejected because we were looking forward to the meal for a few days, and both planned on getting the lamb, but they told us that they were out of lamb. That was a real bummer. My only real criticism would be to make sure you have enough food to adequately service your clients. I would still recommend this restaurant. Overall excellent dining experience.

Waitress forgot to disclose that the item I wanted to order was no longer available. Also she did not know if the bar had a certain item until she went to ask. But overall it was a nice dinner and experience.

Food and service was great. Funny it has Sushi Bar written on title but may be due to Covid. That doesn't exist today and only 1 dish of sushi on the menu. My steak was excellent. For 5 people, 4 steaks and 1 mushroom ravaoli, 4 side dishes, no dessert and 1 beer and 2 cocktails, came to $320 with tip. Pricey but great dinner.

My husband and I went for our 2nd wedding anniversary, when we arrived they have a cute little set up for us wishing us a happy anniversary. It was nice little surprise for us, made it feel extra special.

We went out for the "last night in a month" due to the virus lockdown. Had a wonderful meal at one of our favorite restaurants. The food/service were awesome as always. To all our friends at Willys (and other restaurants). Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Not the Willy’s it used to be. Last two times we’ve been at least one steak has had to go back to be redone. Server this time was pleasant but a space cadet. With Ruth Chris coming to Worcester this fall I don’t see a point in continuing to visit Willy’s.

The dinner was good, but not great.
The mac n cheese lobster was the savior of the meal. Always very good.
I ordered the tuna wasabi and is was good, but cold in the middle. I did not think was right, but the server said "yeah, that's the way it comes". And the wasabi was not spicy hot at all. Disappointing flavor.
Service was okay. Took awhile to get water refilled. Never asked if I wanted another wine. And server's tone was a bit abrupt, not unpleasant, but not pleasant either.
Will have second thoughts on making reservations here in the future.

Sushi, oysters very good. Steaks were not as good as similar priced options at other steakhouse style restaurants.

Food was very good. Service was not great which always can make or break a night out. Took a long time between salad and dinner to arrive.

I went in for my birthday dinner and the table was set up with a nice card and decorated nicely. The food was great and so were the drinks.

Willy’s execution of their Restaurant Week menu was likely not their best work, but the overall experience was good, so I’d go back to try their regular menu in the future.

I wanted to be wowed by Willy’s, but left feeling underwhelmed. We went here during Restaurant Week with a table of six. We sampled from both the regular menu as well as the Restaurant Week specials. Not sure if it was due to the server or the kitchen, but some meals came out undesirably cold. After two failed attempts to get the temperature warm enough, we finally had to request new steaks. I know they could do better.

I would have expected a little more personable and attentive service. I still tipped 20% and chocked it up to a bad night. Our meal was great and look forward to going back soon.

Absolutely unbelievably amazing restaurant. We had the surf and turf and the lamb with mashed potatoes truffle fries and soft fried crabs and Colossal shrimp for appetizer. The waitress we had Melissa was absolutely very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She was very personable and inviting. We will definitely be back!!!!

Best place hands down for the freshest and biggest variety of sushi. Sashimi appetizer followed by filet, lamb and duck entrees were fabulous! Server has been our waitress in the past and been with the restaurant for awhile, recommendations from her were spot on. Want a great meal for a special night out, Willy's is the place to go!

Willy’s is a great, intimate dining experience. We got there for our 4:30 reservation and the place was empty. We purposely picked an early dinner because we have a toddler and he was for sure the loudest person In the whole place! MaryAnne took great care of us and was very attentive. The food was delicious, a bunch of us ordered off of the restaurant week menu!

I would have given the overall experience a 5, but we were not seated for a 6:45 reservation until nearly 7:15. The management made up for the delay by offering a free appetizer - which was outstanding. The food was excellent, the server was very attentive, and the management was great. We were seated next to the bar, and it got a little loud when a group of about 12 young adults came in and stood there talking for most of our meal. However, this was not a major inconvenience. I will be going back for sure!
