Thank you for acknowledging my husbands birthday!
Very nice setting with very good service.
Good food with excellent wine and cocktail list.
Would definitely return.
Food was okay, but nothing really special. I had the Bavarian Sampler, and my wife had Crawfish Etoufee. Neither were bad, just not anything special.
Outstanding food and service in beautiful Highlands. We can't wait till we get to go back
It was really lovely, the music was perfect, ALL of the wait staff was wonderful & helpful & friendly. Chef came out to greet each table. Food was awesome! This place never lets us down!
I ordered surf/ turf the lobster was good the filet had absolutely no flavor. I dont use steak sauce but i had to dip my steak in my butter and salt and pepper it myself. The asparagus had no flavor either. The waiter was great the cake was great too.
Great for a quite meal with someone special. Great wine list. Reasonably priced.
We had the chateaubriand for two and it was fantastic melt in your mouth.. the best!
New Year’s Eve
So yummy!!!! The dining room was beautiful and simple. We were seated and given menus/wine list. I started with a Pomegranate Martini, delish. I had the onion soup and my husband the Caesar! Both great. Hands down best Entree was my husbands BBQ shrimp over cheese grits with collards. I have the crab cake and pecan shrimp. Crab cake was not my fav, shrimp was fantastic! The grits y’all I mean the grits were amazing!! Ended the meal with Creek brûlée so good! All the staff was super attentive and kind. Our server was super busy and no one left us to feel ignored. For those that always ask about dress code. My husband wore a sports coat but not all the men did. You definitely did not see casual clothing, more business casual
Excellent service and food
The best lamb I've ever had in my life.
The whole experience was very good. The food was great , loved our waitress , whom we found out had waited on us when we lived in Hilton Head. The only downside was the table was beside a door that was used to get outside and waitresses used to get our meal from the kitchen via the outside door. ( kinda a strange way to get to the kitchen)! It was very cold when the door was used by the staff , and a customer got three phone calls that he HAD to take by going out the door. Why not use the just as close FRONT DOOR ?
Still , we enjoyed the meal and plan on going back the last week of Feb , when we go back to Highlands , rapidly becoming one of our favorite places to get away.
Always great. Never disappoints... Even their bar area is fun and great as a starter.
Wolfgang's is always great and this visit was no exception. Perfect place on a cold night. Short rib was melt in your mouth tender and full of flavor. Collards were the best I have ever had anywhere. Pork shank was incredible and enough meat for 3 people. Apple cobbler the best. Always try to have a meal at Wolfgang's when visiting HIghlands.
This dinner was to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we checked in, the hostess immediately wished my wife a Happy Birthday, which was a pleasant surprise. We were taken to a quiet, intimate table, waited on by a pleasant, attentive server, and provided with a glass of wine. We both ordered the salmon special, which was outstanding, along with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Finally, my wife was presented with a complimentary dessert with a sparking candle to top off the evening. Very, very pleased with the entire experience!
Great in all aspects! Perfect!
Beautiful atmosphere for our Anniversary. Food was excellent.
Delicious Bavarian cuisine in an eclectic atmosphere. Service was superb! A bit on noisy side when busy.
Excellent menu offerings!
Food was less then impressive. Seemed like the specials we ordered were pre made. Very bland flavors. Love the location and atmosphere but food was just ok
Great service and fabulous food. Can always count on a good experience.
Always excellent food and service!!! The choices are always good and the staff is friendly, and prompt. Thanks for another great evening.
We were escorted to the back dining area which was cold and uncomfortable - even after they lit the gas fireplace.
The food was very good and the service was good.
On our way out, my wife went to the ladies room. The floor was very wet and slippery - no sign up to be careful. She almost went down. Why would they wait to mop at peak dining time???
We had an excellent meal at Wolfgangs! Everything was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive and had wonderful suggestions.
Excellent all around. We had reservations so there was no wait. The wait staff was very helpful in recommending both wine and a dish.
We always love Wolfgang's because the food is wonderful, and the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed and comfortable than that other popular place in The Highlands! The Wedge was delightful, and so was the crabcakeand shrimp, the lavender salmon and the peanut butter pie! We had a wonderful evening there in August when we were able to sit outside in the lovely courtyard. It was too cold this time, but we had a nice evening downstairs!
I was celebrating my birthday. I thought it was odd I wasn't offered a complimentary dessert (although, they did comp the one my dining partner ordered, since I didn't order one). I received a sparkler in half a strawberry. Then I saw a beautiful piece of cake with a sparkler in it that would serve a couple of people go by to another table. I asked about it and was told by their server that "they were locals and owned a business in town." Hmmm! When I complained, I was brought a 4 pc. box of Kilwin chocolates. So, all in all, it turned out fine. Actually, it turned out to be very funny.
Wonderful atmosphere, great service, and delicious food.
Love this restaurant and have been here often. However, the service in the bar area was poor at best.
food was excellent...came out quickly...service fast and courteous. We were in the back room, and food was not quite as hot as I would have preferred.
Great food- Kevin was a great server , very knowledgeable ! Great ambiance
The food was just okay. I had the veal tenderloins the potatoes accompanying were three mushing baked small bites. No flavor or eye appeal
Everything was fine.
The lobster bisque was real salty with No lobster!! The snapper was overly seasoned you could not taste the flash. The crawfish was just ok. Not a 5 star restaurant!!
We always go to Wolfgang every time we are in Highlands area.
I love the schnitzel and my husband loves their salmon with Israeli couscous. The selection of wines by the glass is very good.
Ask to sit in the original dining room which is in the back down a few stairs It is small and beautiful with a fireplace.
It was OK but not fabulous. It is not a place I would want to eat at again, there are better restaurants in Highlands.
