Great food, atmosphere and service considering it was New Years Eve

Enjoyable Sunday afternoon meal. good service and food was nice and hot and delivered promptly. Restaurant not that busy so would have been interesting to see the level of service if full. all in all an enjoyable afternoon meal and would recommend.

Love this place!! A very frequent visitor and for good reason. Good, service and ambience are great!! The pollo picante is my favorite and never disappointed. Great people at this restaurant!! Enjoy and we’ll be back.

We frequent the Twickenham location as we "love" the food and service! Had a party of 10 the other night and everything was perfect. Drinks and appetizers were delicious and Beata (server) was exceptional! She is very attentive and efficient each time we visit. Knows what we want and always striving to make our dining experience better. Food is piping hot and tasty. Hope you enjoy!

Very quiet but the service was very slow. We waited ages for our drinks for example which wasn't good on a hot day. Strangely we got a bill by mistake after the main course, then struggled to get the staff to bring the bill when we did actually want it.

this is a great place that I frequent several times per month. We love the food, service and the wait staff. They are all friendly and very attentive. We usually bring larger groups to the restaurant (10-12 people) and they do a great job with managing all the orders making sure food is delivered consistently, hot and delicious. Great place and we'll be back!

This is a GREAT place. The food is hot, tasty and the service is very efficient, professional and pleasant. Parking at the Waitrose garage is very convenient. Love the staff and always a nice time.

Food came quick, but was a bit bland. Child meal deal is good value. Mojito Cocktail was disappointing. Staff probably not trained or equipped to do much better on that though as it's not a bar! Overall ok.

This is my favorite place in Twickenham. The location is perfect with parking across the street and very convenient. Food is great and the pollo picante is amazing. Service is great too. They know us from our regular visits and treat us well.

A great place to dine with friends and family! We frequent this place weekly and enjoy the food and service! We are pretty well known in this resturant and enjoy the service team. Pollo picante is amazing!

Good restaurant with a wide selection on the menu to suit everyone. Service friendly and efficient - our party of 6 had a great time and we'll be back again.

Great place to eat. Excellent Italian food - highly recommended

the food was good,but the experience was ruined by the extremely poor service I had
pre booked a table for 8 people .we were not offered drinks for at least half an hour after we were seated ,and the slow service continued through out the meal .Our waitress was helpful but very stretched as they simply did not have enough waiting staff ,very disappointing as it was my grand daughters 14th Birthday.

This restaurant give nice food for adults and children. The Pizza is great. And the restautrant often add the new food and very good. So you can try new meals sometime. The servies is ,also very good, people is frendly. I think it is good choice for family lunch or dinner on weekend.

I don't know why I keep giving Zizzi a chance..............................
The locations are fine, and service is always pleasant.
The menu reads well, but this must be the only garlic-free Italian food in the world!

It is so bland. I keep smothering pizzas in chilli oil, but what's the point in ordering anything different, in that case? Even the pesto is tasteless.

I reckon Zizzi is the chain that puts the Zzzzzzz in an eating experience.

I initially booked this as a lunch between meetings. When I found that the three people from my first meeting wanted to carry on chatting, it seemed ideal that they join me.

Shame, then, that the restaurant, having confirmed the booking, was closed until 6pm that day.

Thankfully, I know Twickenham very well, so was able to run to the next street and find a table for us.

Nice food - it was cold when served, but that was put right quickly [unfortunately it was a calzone, so disappointing when I cut right through it, then had to send it back!].
Service very good, as always in this branch. But, despite the fact that they were only 2 woman and a baby in the place, I couldn't concentrate to read. The baby was a little grizzly, but that's nothing.
The two women bellowed at one another, shouted down phones, and occasionally shrieked.
I ate that calzone in about 20mins, I think..........

Booking easy - drink by the river followed by stroll to zizzi for a very pleasant supper - good sharing platter and tasty pasta.

A good all-round restaurant with a decent choice of dishes.

Nice food, and service. Atmosphere was good for lunch.
Surprisingly quiet for Boxing Day. Toilets were nice and clean. Pizza we had was very good value for money, much better than some rival pizza chains.

We all really enjoyed the food and thought the reviews lived up to expectation!

We visited Taherah for a midweek Dinner and we left very happy with our choice of venue. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and shown to our table.
The staff were very attentive and the menu displayed some interesting menu choices. The food was very tasty..we had both a fish and a chicken dish which was lovely.
We were given complimentary drinks of Brandy and Baileys which was a nice touch. We will definately return!

Had a great time at Zizzi, Twickenham. The staff were very accommodating even though we were late. The food was delicious especially the specials tagliatelle. Great value with toptable offer.

Had the 3 courses for £13.95 deal - food very good, however perhaps not as good as normal. Excellent service - shame about the ambience. Not sure what is lacking in the Twickenham Zizzi, however definitely not as good as other Zizzi's.

Zizzi's Twickenham was lively and we had a helpful & friendly waitress from Madeira. Food was fine and great atmosphere.

Fantastic restaurant. We go regularly (about once a month) and as well as the delicious food the service is second to none. We actually booked this table only 15 mins before we popped up there and it's a good job we did as the place was packed, they were turning people away after we sat down.

I've been to Zizzi's in Twickenham many times before. We always have an enjoyable and good value meal there. This time was slightly different as there were 20 of us including lots of children. And on this occassion I didn't feel the service was very good particularly as we were more of less the only people in the restaurant!

Fantastic restaurant - great food, well-priced for the quality and quantity of food, very good service. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small and it was full so it was a bit loud being seated so close to larger parties but that's only a very minor negative.
