More than 1,000 wine labels surround the table, vintage Champagne rests overhead, and hand-cut crystal preserves generations of European craftsmanship. Every element carries intention, allowing the outside world to fall away.Chef Aurélien Duvacher offers two expressions of his cuisine: a 12-course tasting menu entrusted entirely to his vision, and The Cellar Selection, his interpretation of à la carte dining with greater choice and a shorter progression.Each experience is $500 per person, prepaid and inclusive of tax and service charge.
