The bar pours with the same intention: well-made craft cocktails, approachable wines,and a place to linger a little longer. Reservations are exclusively for indoor dining only, while outdoor patio and bar seating are reserved for walk-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Well-mannered furry companions are welcome on the outdoor patio but not permitted indoors. Located in downtown Blowing Rock, Bistro Roca at Hellbender Bed & Beverage adds a fun twist on a classic idea, making it an ideal place for all to gather. Come for the food, stay for the community.

Artisanal Restaurant is open seasonally from May-October end. Contemporary American Fine Dining in a rustic yet elegant environment. Innovative and progressive thinking in a farm to table approach, only working with the highest quality ingredients. This warm environment offers the best food and wine with excellent service. Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence. Private dining room adjacent to the wine cellar available is for events. The only available menu is a pre-fix style, with 5-6 choices per course, $110/ guest plus a service fee. We do not offer a kids menu however kids prepared to order off our pre-fix menu are welcome. Our Dress Code is Business Casual. Collared shirts are required, jackets are preferred but not required for men. No shorts, distressed jeans, hoodies, hats, or sandals/flip flops. We are a small, boutique steakhouse that focuses on exceptional food and incredible service in the mountains of East Tennessee and typically cannot seat guests earlier than their reserved time.While we have always discouraged them, our policy towards no shows/same day cancelations MUST be firm. No shows and same day cancellations are the plague of the industry and we ask of you to uphold your end of this commitment as we are thrilled to provide on our end.
