Ruta Oaxaca Mexican Cuisine opened in Astoria in 2021 with such a wonderful and successful home run that a second location opened in Patchogue in March 2022.Ruta Oaxaca means “Road to Oaxaca,” a historic state in the southern part of Mexico. Mr. Castillo and his Partners are keenly focused on honoring Oaxacan culinary traditions, whose fame is derived in great part from its many varieties of moles. By legend, these ancient recipes are more than sauces, they are the very focus of the meal.     It was our first time to Side Street Dive and we are HUGE Rocky Horror Fans so having this epic Rocky Horror evening was soooo fun! The service was great, the performers were engaging and on point with their show and attention to detail! We had a FABULOUS time and will absolutely come back for another experience. My ONLY downside was the drink selection that was included should have included fun Rocky Horror themed drinks not just well mixed drinks, beer and seltzers. Thanks for the amazing evening at Side Street Dive! 💋

    Enjoyed good food and service at Whiskey Neat. Menu was varied with something for everyone. Service/wait person was friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience pre-theater especially for a busy Saturday evening. A return visit definitely in the future.
