    I had a delicious burrata bruschetta appetizer and grilled shrimp and vegetable salad. Service was excellent and the ambience was very pleasant. It was nice to have a quiet dining experience where it was easy to engage in conversation. The prices were high ($38 far a salad with 4 shrimp), but I guess that's the price for a beautiful setting.

    Blue Jay is our steady “go to” for an all-round excellent meal. Many of the staff are old friends now which makes the experience that much more unforgettable. The menu has just the right amount of versatility that no matter your appetite or your mood, there are options that will not disappoint. Rather than offering a lot of options without much complexity, Blue Jay concentrates on just enough to offer a well-thought out, seasonally-appropriate menu, that makes every return just as satisfying as our very first.     Red snapper over risotto was excellent, very nicely presented. Spouse had shrimp and grits that she loved - large portion so took some home. Service quite attentive and friendly. Gave us plenty of time to decide.
