Their many trips to the Carolina’s, Georgia, Texas and Kentucky have brought to life an idea born from their love for great barbecue.The Oak & Embers menu offers homemade selections prepared from scratch. Great care goes into the preparation of each entrée. Brisket, pork, ribs, sausage and chicken are wood-smoked for hours to heighten flavor and texture—pink, tender meat is proof of the process. Lighter fare options include salads and flatbreads prepared with unique taste combinations to offer an escape from the mundane. Each entrée and side dish is cooked to order from recipes created from years of tasty research.
