We also did the wine pairing, which was fabulous and allowed us to try some new wines. The sommelier was very flexible with changing out the dessert wine for me, and she wrote down all the wines she paired so we could purchase them for home. Her recommendations were phenomenal, and every one was a hit. She was attentive and accommodating, and you could tell she genuinely wanted to give us a great experience.
