Nos encantó todo muchas gracias un lugar increíble y que totalmente vamos a regresar muy pronto la comida deliciosa gracias por recordarnos a Italia y aún mejor el lugar Spot estaba súper súper lindo

Had a great experience at Zimo in CDMX. Manuel took care of me and provided excellent hospitality from the moment I sat down. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. He checked in at just the right times, made thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I always had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive. My glass of water was never empty, and his attention to detail really elevated the overall dining experience. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in providing great service. The complimentary bread was delicious, the pappardelle bolognese was amazing, and the mascarpone dessert was nice, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. What originally drew me in was seeing the dedicated pasta making space open to the public. I loved being able to see them making fresh pasta right from outside the restaurant. You can really taste the freshness and quality in the food. The pappardelle had the perfect texture and the bolognese sauce was rich, flavorful, and comforting. The mascarpone dessert was light, smooth, and not overly sweet, which made it the perfect finish to the meal. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for fresh handmade pasta and excellent service.
