Vice Steak Bar is a distinctive dining concept created by a team of longtime friends with backgrounds in Global Meat Trading, Culinary arts, and food branding. Led by Chef Nick Leahy and based in Georgia, the group built a vertically integrated system that starts with owning their own F1 American Wagyu and Grass-fed cattle, raised without hormones or antibiotics and certified Georgia Grown.The beef is processed at our own USDA-certified processing facility, the North Georgia Meat company in Ellijay, Georgia, and sold through our Butcher shop, Vice Kitchen(www.vicekitchen.com), in Johns Creek. This structure allows Vice Steak Bar to maintain full control over quality and sourcing, offering a true farm-to-table experience.By managing the entire supply chain, Vice Steak Bar is able to offer a higher grade of meat starting with F1 American Wagyu and Grass Fed steaks at pricing lower than traditional steakhouses, while maintaining a casual, approachable atmosphere.

    Loved the Mill Kichen and Bar! We were traveling from out of town and were looking for some Southern comfort food. The menu, service, and ambience were wonderful and we enjoyed our entire dining experience there from beginning to end!

    I came with my family, a party of 8, and we all had a wonderful time. Michael, the bartender, took fantastic care of us. All of our food was top-notch. My wife's Bolognese was divine, my seabass was delicious, and my four-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed her margherita pizza. The appetizers were all a hit, especially the shrimp. The desserts were equally amazing. Their bread pudding is a must-have, the creme brulee was great, and the chocolate tort was a hit. All in all, a great experience!

    Wonderful experience at Morningbirds. Decor was inviting and unique. Service was top notch. We dined for brunch and enjoyed everybite. Our party had the shrimp and grits, blueberry granola French toast, chicken and French toast, American omlette with turkey sausage and angel eggs for the table. Everything was flavorful, well seasoned and the portions were just right. The only call out is the turkey sausage has an interesting texture and the tasted like a Slim Jim. My dad ordered it with his omelet and didn't care for it. The angel eggs were so yummy. They had a hint of pesto (I think) in the filling and were topped with a generous bacon sliver and a mini crawfish. We all said we would order 2 for the table next time. There was a large party next to us celebrating a birthday and the kitchen managed everything perfectly and didn't seem to get backed up. We will be back soon to try the famous cinnamon rolls. We saw several tables order them and they looked divine. Probably one of the better brunch experiences we have had in a while. Pricing seemed average to a bit high but the quality of the ingredients seemed to justify the pricing. Go give them a try. You will enjoy it. We will be back
