Das Moro Mou gehört für mich zu den Restaurants, die weit über einen gelungenen Restaurantbesuch hinausgehen. Hier verbinden sich erstklassige Küche, stilvolles Ambiente und eine außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastfreundschaft zu einem rundum stimmigen Erlebnis. Jedes Gericht zeugt von hoher Qualität, Frische und großer Sorgfalt in der Zubereitung. Besonders schätze ich die persönliche Atmosphäre und den aufmerksamen Service, der den Aufenthalt jedes Mal aufs Neue besonders macht. Ein Ort, an den ich immer wieder mit großer Freude zurückkehre – eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Sanji's, Munich — the best piece of meat I've eaten in Europe I wasn't expecting much when someone recommended Sanji's. A steakhouse in Munich, sure. I've been to plenty. Wrong. The starters alone would make this place worth returning to. Asian influences, executed without pretension. You eat it and think: whoever is in that kitchen actually knows what they're doing. Then the hanging tender arrives. The *onglet* — or hanging tender — is one of those cuts that most restaurants don't bother with because it requires skill and timing. It's not a cut that forgives mistakes. It's deeply flavored, almost mineral, with a texture unlike anything a ribeye or sirloin can offer. Done right, it's arguably the most interesting piece of beef on the animal. Sanji's does it right. Rare, rested, served with confidence. No unnecessary sauce drowning it out. Just meat, heat, and judgment. I've eaten steak across Europe — in Paris, in Zurich, in London. Nothing has come close to this. The service is warm without being performative. The room is calm. The wine list works. Book a table. Order the hanging tender. Don't overthink the rest — it'll take care of itself.
