A word from Chef:Why Not? "Perche' No" means Why Not in Italian...I thought this would be the perfect name for my next venture because of how it came to be. I originally thought I was ready to retire after 25+ years in the restaurant industry. It turns out that the more time I spent away from the kitchen, the more I realized how much I missed cooking and sharing good food with my community.
