The Green Parrot Villa transforms into a restaurant Sundays. We offer a vibrant setting for an all-you-can-eat Champagne Sunday brunch. Come enjoy the sounds and foods of Mexico backed by our LIVE mariachi. The mariachi band performs at various settings throughout the venue, so everyone is assured the same unique experience. The brunch menu features a taco bar with authentic hand-made tortillas, fresh fruit, made-to-order eggs, and a variety of Mexican entrees and sides including pozole and menudo. For those who would like to continue an afternoon full of culture and history the Bowers Museum is right across from the villa. The museum's permanent collection features notable pieces of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica and Native American art. One mile away are the Downtown Santa Ana Bars and Shops for those who want to enjoy shopping and premium drinks.     We just had brunch here, and it was absolutely delicious! They offer a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was so flavorful. Our waiter was attentive, quick, and always there whenever we needed anything. One of the highlights was the live mariachi band! You can request songs for free, and they were fantastic. We made sure to leave them a tip because they really added to the experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to Melissa. We came for brunch because we’re considering this venue for our wedding. Even though they don’t normally offer tours on weekdays, she kindly took the time to give us a quick tour of the entire venue and answered all of our questions. She truly went above and beyond, and it made our visit even more special. Thank you, Melissa!
