We brought my mother here for her 83rd birthday having been earlier this summer. Food was again excellent and the service was also first class. The service could be viewed as a little formal but that is a positive comment, not meant as a negative in any way. We shared the chicken pie (which was superb!) and my father and I both had their version of ham egg and chips which was excellent. Will come back again

A wonderful meal on Friday evening and again at Sunday lunchtime. Delicious food....wonderful service. Perfect.

Having lived in the area for nearly 35 years I have avoided eating at Caravan Parks due to bad experiences. BIG MISTAKE here. Without question the best carvery around for miles. I had rare beef and lamb which just melted in your mouth. To my surprise and delight there was a bowl that you helped yourself to the crackling and boy did it crackle. Good selection of veg which were lovely but the cauliflower cheese was OUTSTANDING ! So chef if you are reading this how do you make that sauce? So the meal was fabulous no fault there and now to the staff attentive and very helpful. Smiley faces all around and not scared to ask you how your day was going. Well done to all of you and YES we will be back!

Food was sublime, incredibly delicious, a taste sensation that kept us wanting more. The balance of wonderful flavours and clever presentation was a joy to behold. The staff were also great, charming, knowledgeable and fun. Thank you all for an anniversary dinner that made us both very happy. Plus, the venison was out of this world!

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary (a little over a month late, but it was the first table available, when I booked back in July!). I had wanted to go to this much raved about restaurant on St Benedicts, since I stumbled upon it on Instagram as a recommended follow. We were greeted by chef patron (flavour wizard), Sam Beggi, who played an integral part in making the evening so special. He spoke from the heart about his food and flavours and what they meant to him, citing memories of growing up in Italy. My husband and I have a huge allotment, thus much conversation ensued about the multiple jars of pickled and fermenting fruits, vegetables, flowers, foraged fungi, and even pine cones. From start to finish we were taken on a journey of flavour revelations! My favourites were tge salted cod and potatoe churro with Cromer crab, the salmon cannoli with orange and chives, and the sensational tortellini with squash, sage and and amaretto biscuits. We paired our menu with a terrific 2024 Barolo, followed by a lovely Chianti. We will definitely be back again for more culinary adventures! Thank you, Sam.
