The light, focaccia-like dough develops a golden crunch on the bottom, and the sauce is ladled on just before serving, ensuring the cheese and dough provide crispy perfection. And at Via, it is always built right to the last bite. 

Via 313 specializes in offering alternatives inclusive of dietary needs! Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free options are available. Plus, Via 313 was named the best Gluten Free Pizza in the US, by USA Today. They also offer a thin-crust bar-style pie, fresh salads, crave-able add-ons, and a selection of craft beer and cocktails.     The whole experience was amazing! I went for my birthday. I received a card and a birthday treat. The food was spectacular. The drinks were great too. The service of the staff was excellent, they were so kind and helpful. I was not surprised by all this, because this is how it is every time I go there! I am always very impressed with everything at this restaurant.

    Great service from our server, Kory! We had a reservation and were able to be seated immediately. The staff was educated about gluten free precautions and all of the GF food came out marked. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious.

    Ate here during a pre-opening VIP preview. Shared a large pizza for 2 adults and ended up bringing 2/3 of it home in a box - portions are GENEROUS! Detroit style pizza is unique, unlike anything else you will find in town. It’s a square shape, crustless with toppings all the way to the edge and cheese surrounding so it’s gets that amazing crunchy fried cheese flavor all around the edges. Pizza crust overall was amazingly crispy on the bottoms and edges, yet soft and chewy on the inside - perfection! Give this place a try, I guarantee you’ll be back just like me.
