Via 313 Pizza is proud to serve genuine Detroit-style pizza, with signature dough prepared daily using the finest flours and classic baking techniques.  Detroit-style is rectangular, sauce-on-top pizza baked in a heavy pan similar to the auto parts trays found in Detroit in the 1940s. The light, focaccia-like dough develops a golden crunch on the bottom, and the sauce is ladled on just before serving, ensuring the cheese and dough provide crispy perfection. And at Via, it is always built right to the last bite. 

Via 313 specializes in offering alternatives inclusive of dietary needs! Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free options are available. Plus, Via 313 was named the best Gluten Free Pizza in the US, by USA Today. They also offer a thin-crust bar-style pie, fresh salads, crave-able add-ons, and a selection of craft beer and cocktails. Open seven days a week for takeout or dine-in.

    It was early lunchtime when we arrived and the manager sat us down promptly and took our orders. Food delicious and creative,I particularly liked the duck crostini appetizers. It is clean, bright and comfortable and service was attentive, I would certainly dine again.

    So let me preface this review with this...if you have ever been to Detroit there is a famous Detroit style pizza place called Buddys (or at least this is what I was told, I'm not from there lol)...we went to Detroit for an event and had buddys, we had the Detroiter and a Cesar salad and it was great, top 5 in my opinion of pizza I've ever eaten and that's saying a lot being from NY. Fast forward to my visit to Via 313 also a Detroit establishment serving pizza...and let me just say!! It is a must go!! The pizza was amazing (we had the detroiter again) and also the Cesar salad...our friends also had other various pizzas and they all highly enjoyed it. The service was awesome and the restaurant is clean and has a cool ambiance. It was my birthday so they gave me free cinnamon sticks with a cream cheese icing...Sooooo good!! Def a 5 star experience! You have to check them out
