Via 313 Pizza proudly serves genuine Detroit Style Square Pizza out of several brick-and-mortar locations and two customized pizza trailers. We make all of the traditional Detroit style pizza topping combinations as well as feature gluten and dairy free options. Via 313 was dubbed “one of the very best pizzas” by Food and Wine Magazine, named “Independent Pizzeria of the Year” by Pizza Today™ and recognized as one of the “Top 10 Pizzas in America” by Food Network.

Via 313 Pizza is proud to serve genuine Detroit-style pizza, with signature dough prepared daily using the finest flours and classic baking techniques.  Detroit-style is rectangular, sauce-on-top pizza baked in a heavy pan similar to the auto parts trays found in Detroit in the 1940s. The light, focaccia-like dough develops a golden crunch on the bottom, and the sauce is ladled on just before serving, ensuring the cheese and dough provide crispy perfection. And at Via, it is always built right to the last bite. 

Via 313 specializes in offering alternatives inclusive of dietary needs! Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free options are available. Plus, Via 313 was named the best Gluten Free Pizza in the US, by USA Today. They also offer a thin-crust bar-style pie, fresh salads, crave-able add-ons, and a selection of craft beer and cocktails. Open seven days a week for takeout or dine-in.

    The homemade pasta was perfect - exactly as it should be. Every dish was original. We loved the pear and burrata salad and the dates. Also loved the elk ravioli. Waitstaff couldn’t have been nicer.

    We had our girls soccer team dinner here and had the best experience. The restaurant was amazing in setting up for our large group, and our servers were excellent. They handled all of the orders efficiently, and treated our girls with patience and kindness. And, all of our food was delicious!

    Our server was Amanda nd she was *fantastic* Give her endless gold stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♾️ Food was delicious and exactly what we came for. Will definitely be coming back to this place on future trips!

    Amazing food. The pasta Bolognese was authentic as was the pizza. Service was excellent. It’s a well kept secret. Check it out if you want to get off Main Street.
