We are proud partners with Lacons brewery and feature their range of top quality craft Ales.Our food features traditional favorites as well as some interesting and great tasting contemporary dishes.     Excellent Roast Dinner. Great portion of vegetables for a change. Lots of other pubs seem to skimp on veg! They had a trio of meats roast dinner on the special board. I had a duo of meats which were very tasty.

    Such a lovely pub to visit. Always a warm welcome. We can take our dog too, and he loves going to the Buck, it’s his favourite. Our food was exceptionally tasty last night, however, it’s always extremely enjoyable.

    Our first time to this very pretty country pub, and we were very pleased with the experience. The food was great, staff very attentive, a happy find, and so close to home too. Will definitely come back.

    This is the second time that I have recently been to the Queens Head and I was pleased to see that it completely lived up to my expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was reasonably busy. There were three people in our group and we were taken straight to our table where we ordered drinks and given menus. We were not pressured into ordering, but at the same time the staff discreetly kept an eye out for when we were ready to order so we did not feel abandoned. The food was really good and reasonably priced, I am certain we will return in the future.
