    Always a special experience to dine at Le Moulan Fou. Janice and I were hosting our nephew and his lady friend for the week and we decided on an old favorite restaurant. Service was attentive sitting outside in the evening most pleasant. We had an array of entrees including lobster and whole red snapper. All were delicious! A highlight of the trip.

    The food was amazing. I had the fillet, mac and cheese, stacked potatoes, and mashed potatoes. Yes we love carbs. The bread and butter was also amazing! We had empty water glasses at many points. Everyone was very kind!

    No mixed review here!! What a fabulous place to dine Caribbean style!! The lava rock cooking was such a refreshing experience! And I cannot say enough about the staff and the service they provided. A wonderful hidden gem here at Divi Little Bay Sint Marteen!!!
