From the moment I walked in, this place felt like a little slice of Barcelona dropped right into the desert. Lucy greeted us at the host stand with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm , she made sure our table was ready even though we showed up a few minutes early, and she had that effortless “come on in, make yourself at home” energy that sets the tone for the whole night. Our server, Kat, was an absolute gem. She walked us through the menu like a true expert, steering us toward the patatas bravas and the jamón croquetas without missing a beat, and she never let our water glasses sit empty. Her timing on courses was perfect ,nothing rushed, nothing dragging.And then there’s the food. The paella was smoky, saffron-rich, and loaded with perfectly cooked seafood. The pan con tomate was simple perfection. But the real star of the night? The sangria. Rich, fruity, not too sweet, with just the right kick,we ended up ordering a second pitcher before the entrées even arrived. Midway through dinner, the manager, Gonzalo, stopped by our table to check in personally. It’s rare to see a manager who’s this hands-on and genuinely invested in making sure every guest is having a great experience ,he even recommended a dessert we hadn’t considered the Torrija. We will be back.

As always what a phenomenal restaurant Chief Menke food is delicious and perfect for sharing as all of the plates pair incredibly well with each other The service is always phenomenal (sadly I can’t remember my waiters name), and Jeff is always spot on with the wine suggestions Price is very reasonable and vibe is outstanding One of my favorite restaurants and I’m excited they are opening a location in Gilbert

This was our first time in the restaurant. Right away we were greeted by very friendly staff. We had a nice table in the back with a view of the stage. Netsy, our server was fantastic. Very, very helpful with the wine list and just very pleasant and excellent service overall. We ordered several tapas plates as we aren’t huge eaters. Every was delicious especially the crab stuffed mushrooms. The flaminco dancer and guitar players were fantastic. Defiantly a 10/10 experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Nice meal with great service inside a wonderful resort. Enjoyed our appetizers and main course and of course the magnificent bartenders prior to the meal. Highest recommendation.
