*Reservations are on the first Wednesday of the month at noon for the following month. We are now fully booked until the end of August, reservations for September will be on August 5th at noon.*

Open since August 2023, Sabayon is the project of Marie-Josée Beaudoin and Patrice Demers. A 16-seat micro restaurant located in Pointe St-Charles.

In the evening, from Thursday to Saturday, discover a surprise 6-course pescetarian tasting menu featuring seasonal products, the vast majority of which are local. The cuisine focuses on vegetables, fish and seafood.
On Friday and Saturday afternoon, a Tea Time menu is offered.

We accept reservation for 1 to 4 person, we do not accept parties larger than 4.

Edicola is an Italian-style bar located in the heart of downtown Montréal. Set inside the former newsstand that once occupied this space, our menu pays tribute to the Italian art of living.

All of our seating is at the bar. We only reserve a limited number of seats so we can always welcome walk-ins.

For food, the kitchen is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. Aperitivo tutti giorni dalle 15h alle 18h: with every drink ordered, a small bite is offered.

In the morning, it’s caffè e colazione starting at 7 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends.
