Hi 👋 Alligator Soul just toppled The Ola Pink House from its previously held #1 spot!! And, that's saying a lot!! The Pink House has been our #1 spot in Valdosta for 5 consecutive years running. And then the Alligator showed up!!! Ms. Paige went out of her way to help us settle in for tonight's experience...(we were very anxious about eating out of our comfort zone, i.e. The Pink House.) I started with a Smoked Cherry Pig cocktail. We had Alligator bites and a salad. Our 1st try of Alligator. They were not on the table long; we devoured them as quickly as possible...delish I tell you! Next came the Wild Boar and the Duck meals!!! Sooo well presented and cooked...here's the kicker: I was turned between the boar and the Elk--having never tried either entree. Paige worked her magic persuaded the chef to offer a sampling of the elk!!! OMG!!! Beyond a shadow of any doubt, THE BEST MEAT I HAVE EVER TASTED OR EATEN!!! Kudos to Paige and compliments to the chef!!! You can't ever go wrong selecting the Alligator...no way possible!!!! So happy we opted to eat off our Pink reservation...Thank You...Thank You...Thank You...We will return as soon as we can...(To The Ol' Pink House: we are not abandoning you. We are simply expanding our world. We will see you again too the next time we are in Savannah.) Hersh M.

We had a great dinner at B. Matthew's. The salmon and crab cakes were both excellent, and the food was prepared perfectly. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making for a very enjoyable evening. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Wonderful food, great service, and a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be back!
