    Chicken thighs and carcasson and chocolate mousse were all delicious. Also the Brussels sprouts with bleu cheese. Was excited to see they had Basque cider newly on offer - hard to find in the USA.

    Onesto is a great place to walk to if you're staying in or near the 3rd ward Milwaukee. It is especially nice if you need gluten free options, which are plentiful. The vibe is so much fun with the lights outside the window and the high table top chairs and tables inside. The bar is also thoughtful in that there is no TV! People actually can hang out or just converse as they enjoy food and/or beverages. Onesto serves great Italian American food without the sticker price of downtown steakhouses. We noticed that groups can reserve space on the upper level as well. We appreciated our waiter, Anthony, who made us feel welcome!
