    We had dinner at The Capital Grille in Salem, New Hampshire last night, and the service was nothing short of outstanding. Our order wasn't perfect at first, but the team owned it immediately, replaced everything quickly, and checked in with genuine care. Matt, the manager, along with our server and the assistant manager, were gracious, professional, and kind. They even comped the entire meal, which wasn't expected but shows how much they value their guests. In fact, the service was so exemplary that I'm planning to reach out to regional leadership so Matt and the team get the recognition they deserve. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.

    We  enjoyed a delicious lunch,  partaking in their daily lunch special of two courses for $28.  I had a  mixed salad, with salmon, which was outstanding. The salmon actually had a lot of taste along with it pasta and cherry tomatoes/ diced asparagus surroundings. The other person had a Caesar salad, and dry aged steak which were both very tasty!  It’s always nice to see a bread basket  with warm bread, rolls and crackers as a complementary offer very rare these days! The service was excellent, and the setting feels  like a nice upscaled steakhouse!
