Always a delight to dine at Copleys! Great food, service and cocktails! We dined inside due to the heat but can’t wait to go back after their break and dine in the courtyard!

The Bistro is one of the best restaurants around. Outstanding food, the Chefs never disappoint. If you opt for Sushi, the selection is good and the rolls are excellent! Maria was our Waitress and she went above and beyond. I eat here often and there’s a reason!

Lots of people have been recommending The Cliffhouse to us for years now. We finally decided to go last night to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. It was magical from the time we walked up the stairs. Although the menu is not overwhelmingly big, it has enough for all taste buds. We had a few of the small plates/appetizers, the dates are out of this world delicious, a real explosion of flavors. My husband had the Wagyu, it was the best steak he's ever had, and we usually go to big name steakhouses. I had the Chilean Sea Bass on coconut curry and it was the best cooked fish I've ever had, crispy outside yet tender inside withe the most amazing curry and rice. It was just all amazing and I recommend it for all and any occasions.

We celebrated my husband 60th birthday and had a marvelous time. Needless to say the food was simply outstanding- probably one of the best finer experience we had in years. Luis our server was friendly, pleasant and a pleasure. We will be back
