    Silvestre was one of the highlights of my trip to Costa Rica. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully explained, making the entire meal feel like a culinary journey through Costa Rica. The flavors were incredibly creative while still honoring local ingredients and traditions. Every dish had its own unique personality, and it was clear that an enormous amount of care and craftsmanship went into each plate. The cocktail program was equally impressive and paired perfectly with the meal. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegant and comfortable, making it ideal for a special occasion or simply an unforgettable night out. If you’re visiting San José and want to experience one of the best restaurants in the country, Silvestre is an absolute must. I would gladly return on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

    Excelente servicio como siempre, estábamos celebrando un cumpleaños y se lucieron con todo, me encantó que no tuve que decirles nada que no estuviera ya en las notas de la reserva. Y la comida estaba deliciosa, salió rápido, con buena temperatura. Mis invitados disfrutaron muchísimo.
