We started with the Stuffed Chicken Wings and the Crab & Shrimp Roll, and both were absolutely outstanding beautifully prepared and full of incredible flavor. For our entrées, the BC Sablefish was one of the finest fish dishes I’ve ever had: perfectly cooked, delicate, and rich without being heavy. The Lobster Tail with broccoli was equally exceptional, fresh, tender, and expertly prepared. We finished by sharing the Carrot Cake, and it was the perfect ending to an already remarkable meal. The food, presentation, service, and atmosphere all came together to create a truly memorable evening. Major Tom delivered excellence in every course. The cheesecake and pecan pie are two of the best desserts you can get anywhere, save room for them and you won't be sorry.
