We enjoyed a perfect lunch to celebrate the birthday and recent retirement of a dear friend. Could not have had a more lovely time. The food was delicious and extremely visually appealing pared with some lovely wines. Excellent service was the icing on the cake. We'll be back 😀

Bangor is a really nice place and we had a great time there. The staff were friendly, helpful and did a great job serving us food and drinks. They were happy to answer our questions about the food and kept us updated when the meatballs were taking a little longer than expected. They were definitely worth the wait and were really good. The food was great, and the whole place had a really nice atmosphere. There were plenty of beautiful views to enjoy while eating, which made the experience even better. Towards the end of our lunch it did get quite loud as more people arrived, but that's understandable for such a popular and busy place. We also really appreciated being allowed to go for a walk out on the point afterwards. Everyone was very respectful and welcoming. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and somewhere we'd happily visit again.

Food was great and the arrival onto the property was fantastic coming over the bridge and seeing swans and cygnets and ducks and ducklings. The cherry trees were in bloom so it was magnificent. The entry was a bit hidden though. We went to the Front door and rang the bell but I don’t think that was the proper entry. Old world authentic feel from 1800’s. Food was fantastic . Table service was excellent.would be great venue for a wedding or romantic getaway or just rest and relax. I didn’t take the advice of the chef for the hangar steak and it was a bit chewy. Otherwise was excellent meal.
