Denny Imbroisi, the most Italian of Parisian chefs, expertly balances slow-cooked dishes and typical ingredients with his well-known generosity. Architect Emilie Bonaventure envisioned a neo-bistro decor for EPOCA, using noble materials such as black horse marble and Danish bistro chairs. The decor is enhanced by black, white, and gold tones repeated on the walls, along with elegant brass lighting, creating a sophisticated, refined, and welcoming atmosphere.
