First time we have been there the service was second to none, everyone was very friendly and professional. Service was quick lovely place to go for a special occasion

We went here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had such a lovely time! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The music was at a perfect volume, which made the atmosphere really enjoyable. We ordered a birthday cake, and they served it on a lovely large plate decorated with “Happy Birthday” and candles on the cake. They were also very kind and helpful when we wanted to take photos, and happily helped us make the most of the celebration. Everything was lovely, and we were really happy with the experience. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! ❤️🎂

Was really impressed with this place on site Chester Zoo. We went for lunch and it was not busy at all. Was nice to get away from the busy zoo and enjoy some family time over good quality food. Cocktail menu looked nice although we didn't try any as it was more of a family meal. Only downside was we hadn't anticipated how far it was from some of the attractions so had a bit of a walk to get there in time for our booking.

I can't comment on what the place is like when it's busy, as I went during a very quiet time but it's definitely worth a visit. The menu is a little vague so you might need to ask a lot of questions, but the staff are incredibly friendly and patient. I was served by Imogen (at least that's what it said on my receipt) and she was amazing.

Good selection of food for the afternoon tea. Good customer service from the staff.
