We offer seating by reservation for all seats in the restaurant including our bar, indoor dining room, and our outdoor porch which is a wonderful place to sit during all seasons (since porch sitting is a true Southport thing to do). Our menu changes on a daily basis depending on what is fresh, local, and of the season.We offer seating for parties of 6 guests or less.

Crooked Oak Tavern is a restaurant specializing in farm to table food. When available we will be using hormone-free beef, pork and chicken, locally raised produce that will change as is available during the growing seasons, and sustainable fish from local waters ( no farm raised fish). Our goal is to provide fresh local food that will not be full of hormones and pesticides. Recipes are a unique blend passed down through our family to you and given a bit of a modern twist. We want our guests to leave feeling like they had a home cooked meal mixing in New England, Pennsylvania Dutch, Maryland Seafood and Southern cooking.

Located on the corner of Ocean and 21, across from The Breakers Resort, is the newest restaurant and bar to open in Myrtle Beach. Here at Strong Waters we strive to support all things local including businesses, the community, local farmers and artisans. We shop at local farmers markets in the area for herbs, cheeses, produce and sustainable fish found on our menu as well as the produce we utilize behind the bar.At Strong Waters, we take the meaning of craft to the next level by sourcing only the freshest and highest quality ingredients for our cocktails and cuisine. We utilize the “Farm to Shaker” method for our cocktails, meaning we create unique drinks from local ingredients that transport you to another time and place. Our craft beer list is constantly changing and we only select beer from breweries around the state to give you a true taste of the Carolinas. Speaking of taste, we believe you’ll love our take on the flavors of the Lowcountry in the dishes on our main menu!

    My wife and I sat at the bar and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped guide us through the menu with great recommendations. Everything we ordered was outstanding and arrived quickly. This family-owned, farm-to-table restaurant features a menu that changes weekly based on fresh, seasonal ingredients, which makes every visit feel unique. The cocktail menu was creative with some fun twists on classic drinks, and they also have an excellent bourbon selection. We'll definitely be back. This is easily one of the best restaurants in Southport!

    Our dinner’s were fantastic. Started with four piece of honey dip candied bacon which was outstanding. Next we had six oysters Rockefeller which on point and delicious. My wife had a cup of the She Crap soup. The soup was very rich and a cup was the perfect amount. We both had salads with the hot honey bacon dressing. Very good and served with hot honey croissant, awesome. I had the 12oz. prime rid served medium the it’s was perfect with a loaded bake potato. My wife stopped after the salad. Our waitress was attentive and always available. Clark’s was full by run like a fine tuned machine.
