Chef Owen Royce-Nagel and his wife, both Sommelier- and Cicerone-certified, Lizzie Szczepaniak, have been crafting their skills over the last two+ decades all across the world. The menu is inspired by their European travels and local New England ingredients. Dishes are intended to be shared and bread is meant to be broken in their cozy dining room and pub. The beverage program features a natural and biodynamic wine list, classic cocktails, and craft Maine beer.
